So self in responding to self was like bro they only do tires man... Self was like get ya ass up and go after u get done with those biscuits and mash tatters. So I went and to my surprise they did brakes and they do everything from A to Z. I had the honor to see a master at his passion Mr Orlando. This young man did an amazing a bucking Hines 57 Sauced up Job. He also talked me though it as I was asking curious questions. Orlando saved my Damn life and didn't give me no BS answer about how it's gone have to take extra extra steps to get it done. The young man went in asset the situations and went in harder than Clark Kent protection Lois Lane from Lex Luther. He made sure the specs to my staggered setup were on point, particularly with the offset on the wheels. Offset is very important among other things when considering new wheels for your vehicle. His installation staff worked quickly and efficiently in order to get me in and out in less than an hour (take off stock wheels, mount and balance new wheels and tires, and then re-mount). The car sat for an hour, unmoved. When I asked about it, they moved it into the garage. More than another hour later (now nearly 2 1/2 hours) I asked about it again. When I asked to just take the car, they told me, "all that's left is to add the oil!" Then apologized, claiming to be "short staffed". While I waited, three employees joked around, purchased and ate hot jerky, and used a lot of profanity behind the front counter. I'm not a prude, but this crossed the line of appropriate customer service. In addition, the price was much higher than just six months ago. I will not be returning to this location.

His prices are great and he's got a good selection of tires. I was in and out in half an hour max and this was on a Saturday. Hector says he's pretty busy but is a super hard working guy and always welcomes new business. They speak Spanish and English at this shop as well. I went there because a friend of mine had bought tires from Hector in the past and had a good experience so I was glad to bring my business here.

My car had only 17K miles on it, so I took it to a Mazda dealership to see if that was correct. The service rep there told me the guy was full of baloney, which I already knew given the fact that they only had 17k miles on them. Today I went to a different Discount Tire location to get more air put into my tires due to cold weather. Now I have 19k miles on the tires, and the guy who filled the tires said my treads are fine. Sounds like someone at this location wanted to sell new tires!

I called AB and talked to Darrell and he ordered exact same tires, scheduled mobile service to replace. Ray the Mobile Service Tech showed up on time, put truck on jack stands removed all 4 tires. Took them to the tire shop replaced tires, high speed balanced them. Brought them back quicker than the hr estimate. Put them on and all is well. Fantastic service and work performed by Ray, the technician. I will use them again to change out 4 tires on a travel trailer in storage as well. Highly recommend this business.
