I received a text and phone call reminding me of my appointment. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early for any necessary paperwork. I arrived early as required. I was able to finish the paperwork in minutes. I was just sitting down when my name was called. The staff member introduced herself and Susan the tech who would take care of my needs. I prepared for the testing and that was done quickly and professionally. I was told where the results would be delivered. Everything was completed quickly and I was on my way. My car was in the free covered parking. There is also outdoor parking.

If you call into their call center they have a really nice ability to see what is available Valley-wide so while you might be driving a little bit, you can at least get your appointment complete. They also have all of the records in a shared repository so it really doesn't matter which location you go to they can still do the comparisons year over year. Also, they now text you with your results, she said typically on the same day so that is wonderful news! That removes a bit of the worry factor I can definitely recommend this place for your annual imaging to keep yourself healthy.

Every day, I call and am told the same thing: that a note has been made and someone will call me back to confirm an appointment. Despite being told this all week, I still have not received a call back or a confirmed appointment. Unfortunately, this is just the latest issue in what has been a very frustrating experience with this location over the last three years. There always seems to be some kind of problem, whether it's communication, scheduling, or follow-up. The front desk staff member is consistently unfriendly and often comes across as having an attitude. As a patient, I shouldn't feel like I have to stay on someone's good side just to receive basic assistance and courtesy. I've also never actually seen a doctor at this location, only nurses. What is especially frustrating is that while responses to patients are extremely slow, the office never appears busy. Every time I've been there, I haven't seen other patients waiting, and the nurses' station staff seem to be chatting amongst themselves the entire time. Overall, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and ongoing scheduling issues have made this one of the most frustrating healthcare experiences I've had.

After describing my symptoms they did several tests and found that it was a heart issue as well!! I was so impressed that they went above and beyond with my care!! I was admitted and had an angiogram to check to be sure I wasn't having an issue with blockage- they did that a 5pm in the evening!! I felt confident that I was receiving the Best Care! The Staff from the ER to all the nurses and Doctors in Cardiology were Outstanding!! So caring, empathetic and supportive to giving me the Best Care!! I highly recommend them!!

Wanted to start the process for hip repair or replacement. Nurse Halley was very nice and considerate taking my info. She attempted to make an appointment and said there seems to be a problem and transferred me to Garrett an account specialist. He informed me I have been deleted as a patient because it has been over 3 years since I have seen Dr.Michael Bryan June 2020 actually 3 years and 6 months for COVID testing. I said to him I'm in my portal and I see over 250 lab results and over 300 physician summaries since Aug of 2005. I've been a patient over 17 years. He said he was sorry and there is nothing he can do. He then sent me to his supervisor Kassie. She said she was sorry that I was deleted from Mayo and they are not taking any new patients. I said I'm not a new patient. I said to her when I was working we were told years ago to establish a family Mayo physician with Dr. Michael Bryan so when you retire your grandfathered in for life. No body ever said to me to make sure you go in once a year to keep current. I have a portal and I read my messages. Why did I not get some reminder to come in as my 3 year inactivity would cause account deletion infact the most recent mail I have is from Carol Carrillo dated 09/28/2022 to make sure I have regular Medicare and a supplement and that Mayo does not take Advantage Medicare . I asked Kassie to speak to another supervisor and she was sorry and implied she was it. Times are changing, we are being canceled and slowly erased from existence. Retirement is not what I thought it would be.

I have been going here for the past 2 months twice a week doing physical therapy for a total knee replacement. From the front office check-in staff to my therapist, Kevin Allen, I appreciated the professionalism of the staff and the fact that my therapist was always on time for my appointments. Kevin showed me empathy, encouragement and a large variety of exercises I could do at home in between my appointments. He was always very patient with me on days when my knee felt a little stiff. He is a great listener and always gave me tips not only for exercises put something as simple as the balm he used in massaging my knee. He pushed me just enough to make me want to do more both here and at home. Now that my time is over I will continue my therapy at at gym going 3 times a week using the equipment that I don't have at home. Thank you Kevin for a wonderful physical therapy experience!
