So, I surprised my best friend, and fellow popcorn addict, with a trip to Maddie B's. This popcorn shop may be small in size, but it is bursting with the most DELICIOUS flavored popcorn all bagged and ready to go! Caramel, White Cheddar, Dill, Chicago Mix, Jalapeño, they have it all and it ALL tastes AMAZING! The owners (and their ADORABLE daughter) were so friendly and let us try a few flavors to help us decide. I see why they did not last as a stand alone business and now have to run it from home, bc he's not good with communication, keeping his word, or proper customer satisfaction!.. I wish they had more Doc Popcorn's around the country they're hard to find but worth getting a bucket or a big bag if you want more bang for your buck.

This Doc Popcorn station is one of my favorite stops at Chandler Mall. This particular day DP was…read moreunmanned. I didn't see the note at the kiosk stating we'll be back. I found Manuel seated comfortably nearby just about ready to enjoy his lunch. I could tell Manuel worked there by his uniform but still asked him politely if he worked there and if he could serve me. He didn't act surly as some might in his situation but instead walked over with me to the kiosk. He kindly asked me what would be my pleasure. I asked for the cheddar popcorn. Manuel also offer me the combo, ICEE with my popcorn. That sounded good but I declined as I was on the run. There was a little jar to the side that said 'Tip if we made you smile.'. Needless to say I tipped. Of course the ambience was great. The Doc Popcorn popcorn speaks for itself, but you can't manufacture manners and excellent service. Manuel had both. Manuel is great asset to Doc Popcorn.
