I suggest bringing $1.50 in quarters, and you will be fine parking and browsing shops in the area. Some meters in the area do not have a cc insert so I recommend keeping quarters on hand. I found Manuel seated comfortably nearby just about ready to enjoy his lunch. I could tell Manuel worked there by his uniform but still asked him politely if he worked there and if he could serve me.
