I honestly love this place. I buy my water here but most of all it's the customer service. The young men that work here are beyond kind. They always ask if I need help and are always super sweet towards me and my boys. They have thrifty ice cream, snow cones, ice cream cookie sandwiches, shakes and all! I've gone to fancy ice cream parlors and spend a shit ton of money, for absolute garbage. Here? I've cream taste great! The customer service is stellar! And the prices are perfect!!! We are in here all the time for water and sometimes their snow cones. we have never had issues until today. the cashier handed us our snow cones and didn't say anything to us. We looked in the cup and it was barely half way full. she said it's because she gave it a flat top instead of a dome but I have never had one look like this. I get that the syrup makes it sink down a little but barely half a cup full? And then after we bring it to her attention she tells us the machine isn't working right but wasn't going to tell us anything until we said something to her? Why would I pay full price for barely half a product? Then to be upset with me when I say I dont want them and that I want my money back. read more

If you're looking to have your faith restored in good customer service, this is the place to start. They seem to like their jobs and offer help with a smile on their faces. They have a cart for you to use but if you're lacking in the muscles department such as myself, the employees have been known to place your jugs in the car for you. Not to mention, their alkaline water is .92¢ per gallon (cheapest I've found nearby). read more

Stopped in for a scoop of ice cream on a hot July afternoon (imagine that, in AZ)! The ice cream was good and the prices were very good. The store is small with water refill stations, ice cream, and snow cones. When we arrived the employee was cleaning the tables and wearing his mask. I appreciated this attention to detail of cleaning. My only feedback is the menu is a bit hard to follow, couldn't easily find any information about the sno comes. We will be back! read more

Best customer service ever! I was going to use the outside water dispensers because I had my two boys with me, but the regular water was out of service. I called the store to see if anyone was able to help me fill at least one gallon and I would return later when I didn't have my kids to fill the rest. (Toddler+infant+4water gallons=impossible) Rainey came outside and helped fill my gallons, all 4 of them! And she did it with a smile on her face and no attitude. After coming to this location for many years to get water, ice, and ice cream , I was disappointed tonight (Friday, 9/29/23) to say the least. My son and I walked in the store at 714pm and walked up to the ice cream counter. The young lady cashier with reddish hair said she was no longer serving ice cream for the night because she closes in 10 minutes. I looked at my watch and said you mean 16 minutes, and she said yes. I said what? She said she had done all her dishes for the night and would not be serving anymore ice cream. She did say sorry. I told her that was not cool, and she said sorry again. In all the years I've been coming here, I've never encounter this. If the business is open until 730pm, I can't understand why the ice cream portion of the store would close earlier. This is poor customer service and this is not a good business model to embrace. I would hope the owner/store manager addresses this with the employee. I've never had anything but excellent, kind, and polite service from everyone else at this business in the past. read more

What I love the most about this store, is that the person on duty at the time ALWAYS offers to help me get my 12 gallons into my car. Being a diminutive, handicapped, senior, this is appreciated beyond what I have words for. The store is always clean, and the remodel is very nice. read more

This place is ALWAYS great! Great customer service and the BEST icecream and goodies! They even have big hunks, laffy taffy, and cookies! We always get a few items from there when we go because we never know what to choose. This last time I got a tigers blood shaved ice with a scoop of ice cream which is their maui style. My boyfriend got the root beer float which they give you the can of rootbeer so you can add more soda. Awesome!! Very clean and fast service. This location is the best! It has alkaline water too. I usually come here because it has a spout to clean off water bottles. I've been to another location which does not and when you fill up the water, it is on tiles with nothing to drain it on (definitely no bueno). It also has a 24 hour vending machine outside if you want to use it. It is 5 cents less than buying in store. Inside is nicely decorated, clean, organized, and the service here is impeccable. It's just a great place to buy water from. I also love the fact they sell Thrifty Ice Cream here and shaved ice. A perfect combo for the summer. I drive about 15 mins to get my water here because they sell Alkaline water for 75¢/gal. The staff is very helpful and will give you 10% off if you check in on yelp. They will even ask if you'd like help bringing the heavy water jugs out to your car which is very nice. They also have a system where you can get free water if you purchase a gift card, I can't remember exactly how it works bc my wallet got stolen, as did my newly purchased gift card-so that was lame. They also have Thrifty ice cream (SO GOOD!!) & sell it in a half gal for the cheapest around!! Win-win! read more

He donates yearly water to the homeless and under privileged and also gives to charities at Christmas and when he can. We have been buying Alkaline water from here for 3 years and everyone that works there has always been very helpful and accommodating. Today I came to the store because I was completely out of water since last night and I have a 6 month old baby who needs the water for his formula. I got to the store 2 minutes after they were officially closed and there was still one customer in the store. Instead of sending me on my way and ending her work day, Nisha was kind enough to let me in and fill my jugs without any explanation. I have been going to this store since the beginning of the Summer. I found out that they carry Alkaline Water, and at a great price. They carry everything else that I needed and then some. What impresses me the most is the staff. They are extremely honest, and helpful. Robert, was helping a nice older woman today with her heavy water containers out to the car. I had an issue with a container I purchased from them earlier, and Robert made good on it, without any concerns. He was genuinely ready to help. He always is. This store is under new ownership and has undergone a pretty substantial remodel. It was clean and organized. I was filling up 3 5-gallon water bottles and the owner carried my bottles to my car. He was very helpful and friendly. I was amazed at all of the extras that the store had to offer - bottle sanitizer (free to use), shaved ice, thrifty brand ice cream, smoothies, fountain drinks, and lots of fun old time candy. I love this store. I come at least once a week. I LOVE their Shav Ice. Sometimes I race there before closing because I'm craving one. I absolutely, love love love their Thrifty Ice Cream. I will not buy any other brand. I don't buy ice cream in the stores. I'll drive over for my ice cream fix, near half gallons, at least 3 times a month. I have a store right around the corner from my home, but will make the drive to come here. The store is always clean. They have alkaline water, which most others don't. My son has cancer. Alkaline water, in a glass container, is very good for cancer patients. Alkaline is good for everyone, but doctors have recommended this for their cancer patients. Glendale Ice has the blow/clean out section, to rinse your bottles prior to filling. A very nice feature. Every staff member, I have encountered, has been tremendously friendly. You are treated like a friend. The owner is a great guy. This is a Christian owned family store. Another reason I will go a little further to shop. This store is worth my business on many levels. read more
