Updated Review: This place is extremely shady. There are always sketchy people hanging around inside and outside the shop, which should've been the first red flag. I came here as a young girl just trying to get my phone fixed, and he completely took advantage of that. He swapped out my real iPhone parts for cheap off-brand ones, stole my original battery, and left me with a phone that overheated to the point it was too hot to touch or turn on. I ended up paying $300 here, then another almost $200 somewhere else just to fix the damage he caused. He knows the cops can't do much, so he acts untouchable -- but don't let that stop you. Report him to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) so it's on record and something can actually be done. Thank you to everyone on TikTok who saw my video and helped share my experience. Hopefully, this keeps others from getting scammed by him

BEWARE! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Read below! This shop is a Bounce package acceptance store. I am from New Zealand and was traveling to Las Vegas, I had organised a packaged $2500 laptop to be delivered to this store before I arrived so I could pick it up when I landed at the airport. My package arrived via UPS and was SIGNED FOR by an employee of the store named Edson who is wearing black in the photo. When I arrived to pick up the laptop, the first thing I asked is if Edson was in, the store owner "Wookiee" wearing red in the photograph told me that he was off today. I then asked for my package, the owner became very avoidant and told me the package was not there. I asked him where it was, given that it had been signed for by the store! He was acting very nervous but kept telling me it's not there, no reason, no excuse. He then tried to tell me that Edson, his employee must have stolen it and run away as he "disappeared a couple of weeks ago". I knew immediately he was lying and in my fury, I went into the back room to find it myself. It was not there, so I grabbed a couple of his phones and a laptop until he gave me my laptop back! I took the owners phone and found Edson in the contacts, I called Edson from the owners phone and he answered casually - so much for having run away! The store owner started screaming to the phone that he was being robbed and code words to get Edson to come. I called the police and asked them to come to an altercation at the store, they said they had dispatched someone. At this point the owner of the store starts begging to not have police involved and that he will go and buy me another laptop but to please call off the police. I said no way, and told him to call Edson to guy buy a laptop and bring it here, and then I will call off the police. Once again I called Edson, when he answered, once again the owner of the store screamed to him that I had a laptop in my hands, Edson said he was coming to the store with his gun and not afraid to use it! He also said to the owner not to say anything and to let the police come because the police won't be able to prove it. Edson came to the store and told the owner to stop saying stuff, all the while the owner of the store was saying he can't go to prison again and to not let police come! They went into the store and I waited for police outside. Once police arrived I told them everything and showed them the UPS proof of delivery signed for by Edson who denied it! The police told me they don't have a warrant so they could not legally search the premesis. To the owner - you are a thief and trust me when I say I am currently working with police and a lawyer pursing grand larceny for theft. I am also working with Bounce directly to make sure you never get their customers again. You should be ashamed of yourself, you're a f*#€ criminal, Bounce is supposed to be trustworthy and safe, and they have scum like you ruining their reputation by stealing items of value! You can see in the screenshots I provided that the package was delivered, acknowledged by UPS, accepted by Edson, and not logged in package received by Bounce, of course because they knew it was a laptop and stole it. I also have more evidence but that currently is part of police investigation To any readers - I have nothing to gain from writing this post other than to warn you to not trust these people!!! I know, no doubt that if the owner replies to this it will be nothing but lies to try protect his business. DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES!

Very bad service. The quality of the screen is horrible. The screen is like the brightness is all the way down and the screen doesn't even fit the screen. I addressed the man to fix it and he refused to.DO NOT COME HERE

Went for a screen replacement on a Samgun S24 Ultra... Wookie Nguyen said will honor his word but never happened. Not only they broke the bakside of my phone, the replase the screen with a used one, and tried to hide it. I went there because of the great reviews, but I am fully dissapointed. He only offer to send me and extended warranty, electronically, it never hapen. I am basicaly saving to buy anew phone, how actually works, but is not the service I paid for. I have screen shots on the conversation, when he admits I catch him on the deception and saying he will make it right the next day... Not happy at all.

I was a customer at Desert Wireless, on Thursday, March 29,2024. I initially visited them to repair a cracked screen on my phone, but it turned into a complete disaster. They did a makeshift job that resulted in my phone being in worse condition than when I initially brought it in. I approached the owner for a refund, which they have failed to do, they instead insisted I bring it back for further "fixing." It's clear to me that Desert Wireless operates unethically. Adding to the suspicion, Desert Wireless only accepts cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo, which limits the ability to trace transactions and suggests an aversion to traditional payment methods that provide more oversight. I discovered that the company name is not listed on the Nevada Secretary of State website. This omission raises serious doubts about their compliance with state regulations and their commitment to transparency. A business that operates without proper registration raises questions about its legitimacy and accountability to customers.In light of these findings, it's evident that Desert Wireless may not be operating within the legal framework established by the Nevada Secretary of State. This lack of compliance, combined with their questionable repair practices and refusal to provide refunds for subpar service, underscores the need for potential customers to exercise extreme caution before engaging with this establishment.

I never have to worry about my phone ever again! Anthony is so nice and will do any he can to fix your phone. My phone's sound broke and I couldn't call or hear so I was given a temporary phone and Anthony fixed me up! I have a perfect new phone to use while I wait for the new one to come out The location is cute and has everything you need! They have phones, accessories, cords, all that! If you ever have a crack, damage, or anything they will take care of it for you! They don't over charge like most of the other places out here and it's close enough to the strip that if you're a tourist you can pop in for a quick fix! This is my go to spot for anything and I know I'm in good hands here read more

Phone died. This place was close and had good reviews. The guy inside was cool. Said it was just the screen, it died. It's an older phone. Had the part ordered and it came the next day and he replaced it. Good as new. Very fast and reliable. Would recommend them to everyone. read more

This place is absolutely horrible. I can't remember the name of the guy who "fixed" my phone but he was extremely rude and impatient. I told him that I had dropped it and that since then the phone had been opening up apps randomly and he cut me off before I was even done taking and says "okay whatever, I will fix it. I know what to do". And sent me on my way. I came back an hour later and he charged me $69 for an iPhone 6. I only came here because my friend had got her iPhone 7 fixed for $49. So to hear that my older phone was charged more i was already upset. When I get home I pull out my phone to make a call and immediately my phone was acting up again, opening up random apps. Going back today to talk to the same guy and see if he can fix it for real this time. This is absolutely ridiculous. UPDATE: Went in to get it fixed. And the issues were fixed in about 15min. He gave me back the phone and said "we put an authentic iPhone screen this time". No problems after that. Made me wonder why they didn't do that the first time around. I was going to delete the review but I was put off by the fact that I was bribed wit money to take down my review. read more

I travel for a living and had dropped my phone twice after I went on tour. The glass was damaged and it only got worse. Before I arrived in Vegas, I had done research on places where it could be fixed. This place may have looked messy upon arrival, but they managed to fix the glass in 15 minutes and only charged $60. So I can highly recommend this company should you have to fix your phone. I found them on Yelp, wrote them a quick note through yelp and they answered pronto. Thumbs up! read more

I wanted to give this place more stars...I really did. But after I had to go back a second day because there was some sort of glue or gunk that wouldn't allow my phone to charge, I have reduced the rating. The location is a little on the shady side. It's in an office building upstairs where I was stopped twice and asked for money by homeless people. I went to fix my brother's phone screen for Christmas. I checked in and got an offer of a free screen protector (score!). They took the phone, quoted me a price, and said it would be ready in a hour. No problems. When we came to pick the phone up, I had to remind them of the promotion several times before the finally and reluctantly gave me the screen protector. Then, when we got the phone home, the charger wouldn't fit. We tried several different charges- nothing. When we took it back, it was suddenly our fault. We must have done something. There was a little back and forth- they took the phone to the back and came back to tell us it was lint. He wanted to charge us and gave us a really hard time about the whole situation. Here's the thing. It fit on the charger before we took it in to this place. After doing business here, the charger did not fit. Do you see my problem? I understand, from your location, that you might come into scammers on a daily basis...and I apologize on behalf of my city and even your neighborhood. But not everyone is trying to scam you- I wasn't, that's for sure. The customer service wasn't really up to par at this place. The price was good...and the screen was replaced in a timely matter. I went in to fix 3 iPhones. It took a while but 2 of them got done the same day. 1 of the phones took over 24 hrs. Any ways took them home and I was happy. The following day the lcd started tripping on one of the phone and the top corner of the screen was detaching. A day after picking up the one that stayed over night the screen was detaching too and I wasn't happy with it any ways cause the back of the phone didn't even have an Apple logo ! Smh ! So I called and he said bring them both in and we'll repair. Cool ! I was only able to take the one with no Apple logo on it but he repaired it. Literally a couple days later the screen just completely detached !!! Wtf ! I told my son to take it back with out calling in advance. He tried to charge my son $70 to fix it ! Wth should I pay for something that wasn't ever fixed right in the first place ? Anyways, im bo longer wanting service from them so I go elsewhere. The new place I go to told me that phone had fake parts, and that's why I didn't have an Apple logo, they also said the phone was missing screws, the screen was plastic material and not glass !!!! Wtf !!!! And now I have to pay for repair again !!! You guys, SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE ! This place ripped me off for $400 for things that weren't even fixed properly! Smh ! Shame on this business for taking advantage of people like me that don't know things like this ! Replying to the business owner: No ! Why would I take it back if you want to charge me ? Please read before you go to this place*** Sad thing is that this experience was with the OWNER of the business. Don't rely on the "5 star" reviews because I heard him bribe another customer saying that he will give them a free screen protector for a 5 start review. I never do reviews, but honestly we had the worst experience here. Me and my boyfriend took a Galaxy s8 to get the cracked screen fixed and left with the phone not working/not connecting to service. We didn't notice it wasn't working until we got back in the car. When we went back inside to let the owner Wuki know , his first response was "you have to take that up with her cellphone carrier." Which was upsetting because we brought this phone WORKING. All we came in for was a cracked screen. Once he saw that we got upset he said he would look at it but we would need to come back the next day. I didn't think this was okay because the phone was dropped off at 2:30pm and now it was 6:30pm and they close at 10pm. He was being so rude so I decided to record and asked for a business license and asked him why he didn't have us fill out a liability waiver like everyone else does, he got all nervous and said "because we are so busy we treat work like a vallet service, in and out" then I asked for a blank copy of the form and he proceeded with telling me I couldn't be recording on private property and kicked me out. (Keep in mind he knew I was recording and only got upset once I started asking questions) my boyfriend walked out with me but went back in & told him we live far and came all the way to him because of his five star reviews. He then said okay he would work on it and told us to come back at 9:30pm And the phone would be fixed. He later texted us the phone wouldn't be ready until the next day no later than 10:30 am and made it a point to see he didn't want a bad review. We texted him at 10:20am. the next morning that we would be coming In the next 45 mins and he said he needed 90 more mins due to the cell phone parts store not opening until 10:30am. We texted him that he gave us his word that It would be ready at 10:30am. He then texted us 9 mins later that phone was ready. (Sketchy Because just 9 mins ago he said he needed another 90 mins) When we went to pick it up, the owner wuki wasn't even there supposedly and another worker gave us the phone back. Hopefully it doesn't "randomly" stop working. Please check your phone after you leave this place if you decide to go. Make sure it's working!! Sad thing is that this experience was with the OWNER of the business. NEVER have I experienced such bad service from any establishment like I did from this place. I dropped off two tablets with broken screens and charging issues on July 7th. After numerous calls requesting an update and showing up twice I kept being told that the manufacturer was sending them the wrong parts. I have a business so I know that even when you do things right sometimes things happen. I messaged the owner on Yelp I was assured that they would be completed Monday. I picked them up Tuesday and I was not surprised that they were giving me the tablets with the broken screen. I waited 1 month and not once was I rude to them but instead I was patient and understanding. I have a $160 charge on my CC and still broken tablets. don't believe they have 4 1/2 stars. They have a sign on their counter that gives people somethings free for a Yelp review. read more

My entire screen was shattered. Shattered to the point that every time I try to swipe it, pieces of glass would fall off. At first I was hesitant about Desert Wireless because of the neighborhood, but I couldn't resist after reading all the great Yelp reviews. I compared Desert Wireless to other mobile phone repair places, and Desert Wireless had more reviews/better ratings which convinced me that I had to get my iPhone fixed here. There was a voucher redeemable for $55 and a free case if I checked in. In addition, their hours are great (from 9 or 10 AM to 7 PM) and they responded to my question regarding prices through text out of BUSINESS HOURS. Desert Wireless is on the second floor in a business complex building, on the Northeast corner, and it was easy for me to distinguish their store because they have many signs on their window. I definitely recommend this to everyone! Desert Wireless has great customer service and gives the best deals in town! THIS IS TRULY AS GOOD AS IT GETS! read more

After dropping my iPhone on wooden floor at the restaurant, I panicked after seeing the shattered glass screen. Though my phone worked fine, the shards of glass poked my thumb. Luckily, our friend recommended Desert Wireless. Right at 5pm on a Sunday, Earl made a call to see if we can possibly swing by. Personnel mentioned it may take between half to 1.5 hr to fix. We dropped by anyways. Personnel started working on it right away. There are comfy sofas and video games (cost money), tvs for us to kill some time. Oh,and since i have the iPhone 4,it only cost $49. And with checking in onto my yelp app, I got a free case to protect my phone! read more

Not good or honorable! Took to long, manager was rude and inconsiderate since we paid for it and it wasn't done correctly and had to bring in back! Never again!!!! I received a message from Wookie the owner and was offered to repair my screen free that was fixed but the glass must not have been aligned correctly and cracked! He is an honorable businessman and I have had phones and iPads fixed for several years. They are the best in Las Vegas and may have had just a bad replacement glass. I will take it back and report back to give Desert Wireless the 5 star review they deserve! read more

I am a fan. They quickly told me that my very old iPod would cost about $80 to order and replace to logic board, and that that may only help identify further problems. He spoke my language with tech equipment and agreed that it really isn't worth fixing. He was honest with me rather than shamelessly make my money. For that, I would recommend that anyone go there. read more

So here we go again. I truly thought that they couldn't fuck up a simple screen replacement on an itouch. WTF the screen sticks out on the edge. We can push it in and it just comes back out. But it's been weeks since they did the replacement...& life gets in the way...& they aren't exactly close to me or on the way to anyplace I usually go. So if I bring it in now... Who knows if they will accept responsibility for the shotty workmanship. I didn't wanna come back here after the messed up my iPhone and completely deleted ALL my info, pictures & Videos. Including all my WEDDING pics & videos. This is aggravating. I'm shocked at the incompetence. read more

dont come here ghey are cheap and rip you off they literally fixed my screen and a week later my phone screen popped off and still works fine but its literally hanging and they said they will charge 89 again they are hirrible service never come here i also let family and friends know as well I WENT AND GOT IT FIXED AT LAPTOP PLUS & They Said This Company Used wrong screws and Never clipped the Back to the Actual Phone so thats why My Sceen fell off. I would Highly SUGGEST LAPTOP PLUS ON NELLIS AND SAHARA THE BEST!!!! read more

I was a bit skeptical because of the location and the reviews. I had called prior and asked for a quote to change the lighting port on my iPhone since it won't charge and he said $60. All the other places I called said $100-$170 so I went and gave it a chance since they also do money back guarantee. When I went in they didn't really take any information down once I gave my phone so I felt a bit weird but I came back 90 minutes later my phone was all fixed up! I'll definitely be visiting again. I'm glad I ignored the negative reviews, it was worth it!!! Great price read more

We submitted a quote via Yelp before making our appointment. Wookie was quick to respond and quoted $69. Upon completion, we were charged $259!!! He claimed we said it was an iPhone, when the quote form clearly states it was a Samsung. We asked him to make this right and honor his quoted price and he ignored our messages. I don't write 1 star reviews lightly, had he responded and been able to come to a solution, I wouldn't be giving them this sad review.....but their POOR customer service needs to be known! BEWARE they don't know what they're quoting, they just want to get you in the door, and then hold your phone hostage for a higher price once fixed. read more

I was greeted promptly when I walked in. Wookie told me it would take about 45 minutes. I think it was 20+ minutes he said it was done. I couldn't believe it. He showed me why they charge what they charge and how some other places can charge cheaper. Great service! Thank you Wookie! I didn't get to check in cuz I was so excited that my screen was fixed that I jumped in my car and left. Excellent service!!!! I did research before I came here. I called lots of places...looked on yelp and they had the best price! $49 to fix my shattered screen. It was fast too, about 1 hour. When we came back the associate engaged in friendly conversation. He found out I was sending it to my little brother and he gave me a box and free screen protector! Fast service for a great price! I paid $97 including tax to fix the LCD and glass of my iPhone 6. My phone was fixed in 30 minutes. Minus 1 star for not honoring their "$35 for $59" Yelp offer. They should probably take that off as it's false advertising. read more

Those Chinese fakaz Completely ruined my phone, made it worse than what it had looked liked. This family run business is a joke! They replaced my screen with an aftermarket screen and made my phone look really goofy. They didn't mention that they were putting on an aftermarket screen and when I confronted him about it he said "since I didn't pay full price I don't get the original screen". He gave me a discount and dropped the price but didn't mention anything about a aftermarket screen. He bargained me and offered me to come back and do it for $90 and than as I refused that and told him to eat shit, he then offered me to do a tiktok challenge and eat 10 crackers under a minute without water and he'll do it for free and I told him to shove those crackers down his throat. These dummehz is unbelievable, the worst business ever! DON'T GO TO THEM!! once they fix your phone they unlock your phone and write their own reviews to make them look good. read more

My initial appt was confirmed for 2/16 between 2-2:30 PM for a replacement of my back screen. They didn't show up until 3 PM despite texting me they were 'on the way' at 1:50. The tech said it would take 15 minutes to do the repair, almost 40 minutes later he finished. The next day I noticed that my back screen was popping out, like the adhesive wasn't installed correctly. I notified them same day and asked for them to fix it. They said yes but didn't tell me when they would. I reached out again the next day and we made an appt for the following day at 5 PM. I waited until 5:47 and they still hadn't showed. We rescheduled for the next day at 5:15. I sent a text to confirm the appt in the afternoon and they said they were 'sick' and needed to reschedule for the weekend. Final reschedule was Sunday at 4:30, which was confirmed by text message. And again they never showed up. Upon closer inspection I noticed the replacement screen they installed wasn't good quality, the camera cut outs weren't shaped correctly. Ended up going to Apple to have it fixed. Now I'm out $100 for this fumbled repair.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Desert Wireless. I had dropped my phone and cracked the glass out and not known where to go and the news was actually talking about desert wireless so I looked them up and did not know what to expect. Most places try to sell you new phones instead of fixing old ones or try to do everything they can to sell you something no matter what. So I went in and it wasn't in the most popular area in the back of a whole in the wall building. As I looked around it was not full of phones and salesman it was just a little place with a man who greeted me up front and ask what he could do for me. I explained to him my situation and showed him my broken phone he then went on telling me I should only need glass but he would bring my phone in the back and check everything else to make sure that the final price was correct and would not be more. He then came back and told my that all I would need is glass and it should be around 100 bucks. I thought that was very fair and agreed to have it done so I picked my color of glass I wanted and asked about my wait time he assured me that it should only take about an hour and to wait or come back. Then came an hour and a half and I came back to pick up my phone and the guy told me they had to order it and it will be here in 15 minutes so I waited there. As the day dragged along I was still waiting asking the estimated time about every 45 min and the guy kept dragging me along assuring me just a little bit long. That did make me quite upset after being there for four hours making excuses. They did finally finish up right before they closed up which was nice that I was finally able to leave. But in the end everything was done right and they were very nice about everything else and I have recommended them to others because they do in the end get the job done. read more

My phone just randomly stopped working. The screen was all black and grey. I called, they said the lcd was broken, that it would cost $50 to fix and would be ready in 1 hour. I take the phone in the next day, leave it there for 3 hours and call and they said, the motherboard broke, and it would take 1 week to get it fixed and it would cost $80. I agreed to have it done. 1 week passes by and I call, and my phone is still not done. 5 days later, I call and my phone is finally ready to be picked up but then I am notified that they have to change the lcd also which will cost another $10. They tell me this after I have already paid for it and have the receipt in my hand. I just wanted my phone so I give it to them. I get home, and I can't talk, I can only talk through the small speaker on the bottom through speakerphone. This was working perfectly before I gave it to them. I take it back over there, and he says there is a loose piece inside because I dropped it but I have never dropped the phone and it is in perfect condition. He tapes the piece and tells me to not drop it, when I never dropped it in the first place. I read on the counter it says "we cant honor the warranty without the receipt". Earlier, a friend of mine actually went to pick up my phone and gave them the receipt and they never gave it back. So when I went back to get the speaker fixed, I didn't have a receipt and I told him and he is saying that my friend never gave them the receipt which is pure crap. He tells me he is going to write me another one. After having the phone for 1 week, it tends to freeze sometimes at the mail screen which was also working perfect. They didn't fix the phone, they made it worse, and provided the absolute worst service ever. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. I would not recommend no matter what. read more

UNBELIEVABLE GOOD 5 STAR!!!! i am in holiday in your "Great country" with my son, i shot a lot of footage the first 4 days with my iphone 5 in LA and on our desert trip to the grand canyon-Las Vegas!! Wile we where rafting (hualapai) I had my iPhone in a lifeproof case!! For some reason it jumped open and water flew into it! I didn't have any iCloud back up because the bad Wi-Fi connection in the hotel!! As soon we arrived in Las Vegas I googled a place where they repair iPhone 5! "GO Gadgets iPhone repair"! Young Nice guys, they did everything to repair my iphone. But it didn't work out! They sad that the phone was non repairable!!!!! I was very sad and disappointed also how they returned my iphone!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would but the saving grace is the techs. The lady in front is one of the worst person to ever help a person with my phone. I tryed to tell her about my phone on getting no service she takes the phone and charges me for glass repair. I tryed to explain to her I did not want the glass repaired if the service could not come up. She takes the phone and I wait for 1 hour. I was told 1 hour, so I ask about my phone and it comes out with a new glass and still no service . I talk with one of the techs that have me my phone back. I ask him about only doing the service and not the glass. And that the lady said she would give me the price to fix both. She did none of this. I look over while talking to him and she's on her computer not helping no one. THE UP SIDE! ( Nice place - inside. Out side not so much Alot of shady looking people) was scared to bring my son. He explain to me that he will take care of it. I was on my last nerve and wanted to scream at this lady for just playing with me and lying to my face. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I know all of these reviews must be fake because everyone who was in there was complaining, and the manager Wookie or whatever it was (Asian guy) didnt seem to care what so ever. I brought in my iphone 5 to have the screen replaced. On the phone he told me it would be $79, then when i'm in the store its $129 and I cant use the 10% off coupon I had. He took about 2 hours when he said it would only be 30 minutes and I could wait. I eventually left to go to work, and returned 5 hours later. I saw that the screen wasnt even in the right place, it was covering the front facing camera. I pointed this out and he said he would fix it, but I also needed a frame now which will run me $69 but ""because he felt bad"" he would do it for $50. I was an idiot and believed him, and after showing my old frame to my friend who works with phones, he told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I asked the manager if he could help me at all with some sort of refund or store credit. He then didnt even answer me, he just got on his cell phone and walked to a back room. I am so lucky and grateful I found this place. I dropped my iPhone and it went completely dead. I don't have insurance on my phone and Verizon said I wasn't due for a new phone until February 2013. So, I took my phone here hoping that it could be fixed rather than having to pay full price for a new phone or waiting phoneless until February. Fortunately it was only a simple battery issue and I had my phone back in an hour. They only charged me around $40 which I think is great. Update: One year later I dropped my iphone, the same phone I took to Desert Wireless to have my battery fixed, and the front and back of the phone cracked; typical iphone crack when you drop it. I took it to Desert Wireless and originally they were going to charge me $79 but then I discovered an awesome purple custom LCD faceplate and bought that for only $5 more. It took only an hour to fix. After a couple days I noticed a weird blue line running up the side so I took it back in and they replaced it for free. I purchased a Groupon deal to replace the front screen display on my iPhone 4S. The staff was friendly and efficient at arrival. They replaced the screen in less than 90 minutes. My iPhone looks good as new. After picking up my iPhone, i noticed they had an assortment of colored screens for iPhones 4S and iPhone 5. I've been wanting to send in my iPhone in to a company that replaces the back screen and front display screen to colored ones of your choice. After shopping online and seeing the prices of the pieces plus labor to install it, I decided to pass up on the idea. I was stoked to discover that they charged $100 for parts and labor to replace both the back and front screen on iPhone 4S. I decided to purchase a white back cover for my phone that included a cool design. I was surprised that they only charged $35 and it literally took less than 5 minutes. Overall, a great shop. First lets start with a real review these ppl are rip off artist. My daughters phone broke 4 weeks ago and this place came recommended. She dropped it off and they ended up breaking it beyond repair. I broke my iPhone 6 a couple of days ago and it looked pretty bad. It had shattered my screen so much that my screen was flickering and part of my screen was basically unusable. I searched on Yelp for iPhone repair places and saw this one first, so I decided to check it out. Long story short, I came to Desert Wireless and they fixed my screen in an hour. They even held my phone there because I couldn't pick it up until the following morning. As soon as I got my phone it looked like it never even shattered. This place is the rawest. I mean it couldn't get better then this. Let me start off with a little story about my journey to fix my cracked IPhone. I went to sprint store (the worst possible service provider you could get) and asked if I could get a new phone or have my iPhone screen fix. They told me no,I have to pay an extra 200 bucks to get a new iPhone even though I have insurance on it (which I pay 25 bucks a month). So I was like *%ck you man, came home and looked up a cheap and good quality place to have my phone fix. And then I found desert wireless. These guys save my life and my wallet. They fixed my iPhone up like it was new out of the box and gave me a new screen protector and case. If you need your iPhone fix, come to this place. If you need to find a service provider, stay away from sprint. read more

Yelp's rating description of 5 stars is "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" yet that still is an understatement of my experience at Desert Wireless. After breaking my iPhone 4 screen and needing it replaced I searched all over town for a good deal. Though the website offers little information and the building is hard to find, there is no place I would have rather gone. Consider this place to be one of those rare hidden gems that only locals find and know about. Desert Wireless's employees were not only friendly, but professional, timely with their work, and went above and beyond what was expected. As a Las Vegas native and UNLV student, I will never again have to search for a fair and reliable tech service shop as I have already found the best one in town. The owner answered with a quota immediately when I emailed him. He was able to fix my iPhone 8 and was really nice! While he was repairing the glass and screen for about 1 hour, he had free WiFi so I could work and study at the place on my laptop. He's fixed the cracked screen for my previous phone the iPhone 5s. It kind of depends on what time of day and if it's busy to determine how long the repair is which is understandable.He also hooked me up with a screen protector free of charge so again, great place! I've recommended one friend here and most definitely will be reccommending more people. He's lower than most repair places and slightly cheaper and MUCH faster than the third party phone insurance claims offered to you by phone providers. If you need an immediate repair, this is the place to go. read more

Vegas happened to me and I think we all know how that can go (think Hangover 4) and of all the bad things that occurred, to top it off I broke my phone screen. This is where Desert Wireless comes into play. Wookie, the awesome owner, made time to take my broken device and prioritize fixing it in 2hrs, when I know he was slammed. I wouldn't have been able to leave the city without it being fixed. He called Uber's/Taxi's for me and paid for them- -to get me back/forth to the hotel (while he worked on my screen) and got my Uber to the airport summoned, in time for me to make my flight. Saving my job, my sanity and restoring my faith in good people in this world. I'm buying this man a drink, when I come back to Vegas to win my money back. THE place to go for all of your phone repair needs! They are friendly, knowlegable and amazingly priced! I live in Boulder City and called EVERYWHERE in Henderson but no one came close to Desert Wireless. He quoted me a super cheap price and said he could do it before closing (in 2 hrs), texted me the address and said not to worry about the long drive. My phone colour wasn't in stock but he went the extra mile to get it for me, even on such short notice. The job was done in less time than we expected even with the full charge from completely empty (it hadn't been operational in over a year). He was honest about the condition of my phone and sold me new battery for practically nothing! I couldn't be happier. This is the only place to go for phones. I emailed them right away when I decided to fix my cracked screen, I had a HTC Butterfly and I bought it when I was in Taiwan. This type isn't sold in the US, which when I went the first time, we found out the part does not fit mine. However, after couple of weeks the part they ordered finally came in, but it still wasn't mine. Eventually after a month later, the part came, and they had to order it from China. Although it was a long wait and come and go, they still did their best job they could. And most importantly they didn't ask for any money, it was FREE. I didn't even pay for the part. They are absolutely the best people I have ever seen. Although I really don't hope my phone break again, but I would definitely come back if I have to. UP!UP!UP! read more

I'm am very happy with the service I got from here. I came in for a cracked screen, but they accidentally shocked my phone and it didn't work anymore. Wookie told me that he was very sorry and would get me a brand new replacement phone in the next 24hrs for the mistake. I'm am sure that this does not happen very often, wookie even told me that I was 1 in 10,000 phones. I got a brand new replacement for 0$ (iPhone 6s) I asked what do I owe, he said nothing because it was their fault. I'm am pleased because he was a man of his word and showed me that he was sorry. He also gave me a phone for the mean time while I waited for the new one. Great service definitely going back if my screen cracks. I recommend every one to go there for their phone repairs. read more
