    Paneer Butter Masala
    Maureen B.

Stopped in for a quick lunch solo. I always love butter paneer or Paneer tikka masala. We also like many other dishes from this restaurant. They don't disappoint. The ambience isn't the best and the wait staff is kind of slow sometimes but if you're looking for a good Indian restaurant this is a place to go. We will be returning here again and again. The rice and naan are also delicious and very fluffy.

I only made palak paneer at home so I don't know what it's suppose to taste like haha. But the palak paneer was creamy and sweeter and I tasted a lot of ghee. First time trying Kashmiri naan but I prefer garlic naan or paratha. The Hakka noodles is like a spiced up lo mein, I thought it was good but not great. Estimated take out was 40 minutes, ended up being 50 but got everything super fresh and hot! So it was nice to eat it fresh. Also during lunch time. I would order here again but order in advance or expect to wait. Seems like they don't have a lot of staff so be patient. Host was very kind and apologetic

Wanted to try this place for awhile and finally got over there. We went on a Friday night and they weren't too busy with the sit down customers but the carry out business was pretty steady. I read some reviews and recommended that my friend order the Butter Chicken and I ordered the Channa Masala. Each order had the choice of rice or the bread. My friend got the rice and I ordered Naan Bread. I ordered the Channa Masala with medium spice and my friend got the Butter Chicken with mild spice. The food was so delicious and the portions were large. We both ended up getting carry out boxes for the leftovers. I can't wait to go back to try more of the great sounding options from their menu.

I always dine out on Christmas Day as it's a tradition I've had since forever. Normally, we get Chinese food, but we had issues with finding a sit down place that was open, so we ended up coming here. John's new to the Indian food scene, but I have some experience in this department so I'm a bit more confident and comfortable when dining at these places. Walking in, the place has decent seating, but the service here was awfully slow. The man who ended up being our waiter basically ignored us when we walked in and we had to wait for the actual host to seat us. We got our menus and they looked really good with the food selection. Lots to choose from with a good description of what food it is. We ended up going with the butter chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala. It came with rice and the food was wonderfully presented and really really tasty. It's on the pricier side of things, but well worth the money. Loved the food! My only complaint? Service here was poor. Waiter didn't seem to want to be there, and basically ignored us for most of the night. I had to hunt him down near the end for our bill, and that was after him barely being around. Also, they served canned pop here. I don't mind canned pop, but why no fountain drinks? Anyway, if the service was better I'd knock it up a star, but this place is legit in their food and presentation. place is clean as well! Loved it!

It's so nice to have such a good Indian restaurant in the neighborhood and so good too. We've been coming here for several months every time we crave Indian food. They have a pretty extensive menu and everything we've ordered thus far has been nothing but great. I highly recommend ordering the Cut Mirch appetizer. We heard this is a very popular dish at this restaurant so we decided to try it. We've been hooked ever since and now order it each time we come here. It's made with banana peppers dipped in a batter and topped with seasonings, crushed peanut, fresh onion and cilantro. Other delicious dishes we've tried over the past several months: Dal Makhani, Aloo Gobi, Lamb Korma, Malai Murg Kurma, Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala. Their seasonings are flavorful so it doesn't taste like bland Indian food. If you know Indian food you'll be able to taste the difference. We look forward to trying more dishes in the future like their Biriyani's, and their Hyderbadi and Indo-Chinese dishes. Service has always been good for us and our servers always pleasant, very attentive and helpful when describing the dishes or making suggestions when asked. Interior is very simple, clean with plenty of seating. By the way, their naan is very good also, especially the garlic naan!

20% off discount if you check-in this for this whole month, since they are new. They are open until 9:30pm on Tuesday. They have only been open for a couple of weeks. The interior looks like it used to be a diner. We ordered vegetable korma, butter chicken, channa masala and a butter chicken. No Dosa here, it's a South Indian thing as what we were told. It's funny how we get confused expressions and comebacks to make sure we really don't want any rice or naan or bread. The gobi manchurian is nice and crunchy and spicy and yummy. The sauce is so good, nice flavor, nice heat and slightly gingery too. The butter chicken is good, tasty sauce. The chicken slices are tender. The Chana masala is good, decent flavor. The veggie korma is yummy, the sauce is thick, creamy and flavorful. The gobi manchurian, butter chicken and veggie korma are all so good here. Service is also friendly and attentive as well.

Got some Carryout from the newest Indian restaurant over on the east side! Prompt service and very easy to order online, always a bonus. I always go with the same thing for my first order; garlic naan and chicken tikka masala. When you order, you have the choice between biriyani rice or standard naan. I always thought most places gave you both but I could be wrong. The chicken tikka was really good, very flavorful and of course you can get the heat level to your liking. The garlic naan was good, but there were some giant pieces of garlic on there. Not a problem for me, I love garlic but it was just an observation. As places start getting back to normal, I look forward to dining in and eating this amazing food fresh! Overall, a very good meal and definitely worth checking out.

I absolutely love the food here. Been about 4 months where I come in atleast once a week. The chicken hot and sour soup is to die for! Chicken tikka masala is the most tastiest dish I ever had. Cheese paratha goes perfect with the dish and soup. When the food is this good , I don't care about anything else. Blessed is the chefs and cooks in the kitchen whipping it up! I'm middle Eastern so believe me. I know good food!!

The Special Chicken Biryani is amazing!

Found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try and boy was it worth the traffic to get here. The chicken is so juicy and flavorful I couldn't believe it. And the rice with the seasoning and yogurt on the side. Omg. This was my first time trying this dish and I will definitely come back for more! I highly Recommend this place. Food is freshly made

Cut Mirch - different and delicious. And spicy hot!
    Laurie P.

Thanks to Grubhub, I discovered this excellent Indian restaurant only 15 minutes from my house! I've ordered from here twice in the last four days because I liked it that much. The food is legit incredible. I decided to try the cut mirch based on the reviews, and wow, what a unique and delicious dish! I'm not sure what spices are added to it, but it has a VERY strong aroma and I almost felt sorry for my delivery person because her car must have smelled like that for days lol.. The Palak Paneer was the best I've ever had. I took one bite and I wanted to cry because it was so good. This restaurant does their spices well, and everything tastes very fresh. Also tried the Paneer Butter Masala (I love paneer!) and while it was very good, I definitely prefer something spicier. I would love a paneer madras or vindaloo, haha Their rice is cooked perfectly, no issues there. And they are generous with all of their portions (yay leftovers!) The Naan was pillowy perfection, and never became "chewy" like some do after they cool off. The Kashmiri naan was amazing, with cherries and pineapple baked in. The paratha was very good too, though heavier and richer (thanks to all the butter used in making it) than the naan. Let's talk desserts. The Gulab Jamun was great, and instead of receiving the rice pudding that I ordered, I was sent Rasmali - something I've never had before - and I'm happy that they made that mistake, because I really really loved it! I'll definitely order it again. This is now my new go-to for Indian food. Thanks, Grubhub ;)

    Samosas

This place is pretty incredible! We started with the samosas that were tender and savory inside and crispy outside. We went overboard with 3 entrees between the two of us, but I am so glad we did. We had chicken bhuna. The menu says medium spicy and we were able to order it mild plus which was perfect for our taste. The chicken was tender and amazingly aromatic. The combination of spices are something I have only dreamed of before. Channa Masala is one of my favorite Indian dishes and this one was one of the best I have ever had. The combination of spices was amazing. I could close my eyes and just smell their Channa Masala and live happily ever after. We also had Palak Paneer which is my favorite Indian dish. It is spinach and cheese. It isn't much to look at, but it was amazing, and definitely the best I have ever had. The combination of spices and just a hint of sweet were unbelievably good. I seriously didn't want to stop eating, because it was that good. I had to make myself stop! We had regular naan and garlic naan that were both great! Portions are pretty big, we brought home enough for both of us to have another full meal. My only complaint and really it isn't, is that it took almost half an hour to get our food, but not only was it worth the wait, each dish is prepared fresh and for that you have to wait. So don't go there when you are in a hurry, go when you can enjoy the time with your companion, because perfection takes time.

    My yummy plate of goodness.

OMG I can not say enough good about this amazing place. The food was utterly fantastic!!! My fiance and I are total lovers of Indian cuisine. We ordered the cut mirch, channa masala, thadka daal, Bullet Naan, and kashmir Naan. It was so mouth watering delicious. I have been eating Indian food with Derrick for the last 5 years and it is my new favorite food. The owner was just incredible, everything we wanted she did happily for us. We asked for pickle and hot chilies. I have found my new go to place on our neighborhood. Please check them out. You will be so glad you did. The owner actually cried when I shared our love story with her. The experience was priceless.

    Lamb Chettinad & Paneer Biryani
    Stetson B.

Absolutely delicious. The lamb was tender & perfectly seasoned, the biryani had just the right spice & a touch of citrus to brighten it up, and the cut mirch was crispy and loaded with heat and flavor. Will be making this our go-to spot whenever we're in Sterling Heights.

We agreed that this was the best Indian we've had in the area, by a mile. We ordered the meat samosas, paneer saag, chicken tikka masala, tandoori chicken biryani, garlic naan, garlic cheese naan, and mango lassi. For two, it was an obscene amount of food, but holy cow was it worth it (it all came out to ~$65). The samosas were crispy, hot, and delicious with excellent seasoning. When we added the mint chutney, it took it to a whole other level. The saag paneer was creamy and flavorful. The chicken tikka masala was spicy, creamy, and delicious, easily the best I've ever had. When the spice started to get to our heads, the mango lassi cooled things off, it was super refreshing. Naan was top tier. We made fried rice and added a fried egg to the biryani this morning and it made an awesome breakfast. 10/10, we will be back as our regular Indian spot!

Paper towel dispenser is not working either. Ordered two lentil soup (medium and spicy), Chana masala, butter chicken, veggie korma and Dharka Tal, all medium and a garlic chicken. $72.54 They charged us for Kirkland brand Alkaline water. The lentil soup is spicy, even for medium. It's tasty. I like the cilantro. Butter chicken, Chana masala and the Dharka Tal were good. The veggie korma was okay, some green beans that didn't work for this dish for me. The man behind the counter asked my husband if everything was okay after we got our soup. He asked my husband again how everything is after we got all of our main entrees. I forget that my opinion doesn't tend to matter at Indian restaurants at all. This is the second time in a month at an Indian restaurant that staff only asked my husband. The younger staffer asked us both how the spice level was and if we wanted any dessert. He looked us both in the eye too. He took our order and brought out our food to us. It's a shame that the more mature guy has no clue that I am the one that tends to pay the dinner bills out.

The samosa is maybe a bit too heavy and doughy. The potato and peas are mashed inside. The cilantro chutney is good, spicy too. Butter chicken is tasty. The chick pea salad is just fresh and yummy. Dosa was okay, not loving the tomato or coconut chutneys so much. Sambar soup is good. The dal makhani and Chana was not for either of us. Makhani is super buttery and runny. The Chana has a very unexpected taste and look, the sauce it's cooked in is quite brown here. The dal tadka, korma and Gobi were just okay. Both lentils are super runny. The korma isn't too bad. Their version has tofu in it. Sauce is good. Not a lot of veggies to it. Gobi was crispy, but their chili sauce is not so good. My husband usually favors the Chana masala, but he wasn't fond of their version so much. Would skip the Chana, Gobi and the dal makhani and maybe even the dal tadka next time. Service here is good.
