The buzzer went off with each plate, about 5 to 10 minutes apart. That part of the service was a little lagging since we were not all able to eat together. The food itself was very tasty and well made with quality ingredients. The overall was pretty cost efficient and tasty. The dosa was very fresh and flaky. The ambiance was what was expected in terms of very cultural to this food truck. Highly recommend it.

Ordered goat biryani and tikka masala to go with garlic naan bread which is my kids' favorite. While the wait is not ideal I can say the food was great. If it was just about the food I'd say 4-5 stars easily and perhaps I'd call it in next time and finish a few more pickleball games next door before walking over to pick it up.
