This is where another came to light. My mother is in a wheel chair and not to-go was provided until I requested. I can understand not offering one but it would have been common courtesy in my opinion. When we went to leave, the hostess was standing at the hostess stand and just turned away when she saw me pushing my mom in her chair. There were four people standing the checkout counter and no one offered to help with the door until I was already backing out of the door and my mom was holding the door to keep from hitting the front of the wheelchair and her feet. I don't know if it is just ust a lack of common courtesy or a dislike of handicap person but if it had been for all of this I would come back again. I have eaten her twice and the is good but service is appalling. This visit would have been zero stars but you can't put that.
