Upon a request I was amazed on how quickly they replied and how detailed and friendly they were. I had someone by my home and look at my kitchen, in which I needed to be completely remodeled, but I had no idea where to start. They provided me with a 3D drawing of how my new cabinets and counter top would look like, which made it so much easier to visualize. Their quote was very detailed. I loved how much information they gave me how many choices I had to chose from. Made things a lot easier for us. We went ahead and decided to use Premiere Home and on the day of the job they showed up on time and they were friendly and courteous. The company wanted to charge me $250 for "canceling" & then another $450 to come back to complete the assembly. I said $700 for an umbrella installation is out of price range so they charged me $350. When I called back to find out why the $100 more, I was told it was because I was not having them come back so he charged me the full standard cancelation rate per their "contract" which by the way, is referring to their email, I signed no contract with them. I will not be using this company ever again.

Then...they showed up at 5. That's the complaint. But they actually managed to build the whole thing in 2 hours, which means I essentially paid the minimal hourly rate. They unpacked everything, brought their own tools, put the bookshelf nicely against the wall, then disposed of all the packaging. All of this was done with no supervision and while I continued to watch a marathon of Law and Order. I will absolutely use them again for all my assembly needs. He also pointed out some other things that should be done. After I got a few more estimates, I decided on him, and when he got here, I decided to have him do the other things, too. He ended up replacing the front step posts with better material, replacing two fence posts, replacing some trim and the rotted eaves, and painting the trim, eaves and front step posts. All that in three days of continuous work. He did a great job at a reasonable price, and I will be using him again.
