We couldn't be more pleased with this companies work. We had a very difficult floor to match up to it was a 50 year old existing hardwood floor. They were able to troubleshoot this very difficult job like ours. Our hardwood floor in our kitchen looks amazing. We didn't expect such a fabulous outcome not because of This companies work but because we were not refinishing the old floor and how hard that job was against a 50 year old floor. With COVID affecting us all, they upheld all CDC guidelines; even when entering my home, and at my request to wear booties, they were very obliged. If you're unfamiliar, you can list what you're in the market to have done and Yelp sends a message to the perspective shops on your behalf that service your area. I received several potential options and booked a few estimate visits. After the estimate and speaking directly to Troy from The Flooring Center, I knew this company was a perfect fit for our budget. Plus, they had stellar 5 star reviews online. The wood was ordered and delivered within 2 days and a day was scheduled for the installation. After being quoted 2 days for installation by another flooring company, I was highly impressed this job would only take 4 - 5 hours for The Flooring Center to complete. On the day of the installation, the flooring team arrived within the quoted time slot and did a fabulous job with the installation. They literally came in and got to work! It was about 4 or 5 workers and they had an excellent team work system. One would stay outside to cut the wood, 2 were working on the floor, another was running back and forth, while another was cleaning up. They finished within the quoted time slot and were in and out in a flash! They literally arrived at 8:15am and were gone by 11:30am. I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED! The clean-up went well and we were very pleased with the final product. If you're in the market for new flooring or carpet, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Vinyl planks, carpet, vinyl baseboards-nothing was done right. I had them redo both. They damaged the walls badly, and money was deducted from them, to pay for drywall work and painting. Supposedly, owners best crew worked on my project, but they are absolutely incompetent. Floor is still very uneven in many places. Victor (owner) did not inspect the work, before calling me to report that it had been finished. He was a bit surprised once he saw it, but he said " don't you know , that first time is always a practice?".

The paint they used on my ceiling is glossy which doesn't match the flat paint I already had..just an altogether messy job that cost me way more than what it's worth. I then called David, the sales person and he said he knew nothing about this matter, which is not true since I had initially taken it up with him. David then said the owner would call me about a resolution but he never did. I called and left David a follow up message, asking him to call me but he ghosted me. In addition to the feces smelling carpet, the installation team got dirty handprints in many places on our newly painted walls.

We took 3 tile samples home and asked for a quote for all 3. No response. So a few days later, we went back in to return the tiles and reiterated that we now wanted the quotes. Another week went by, so I called and asked again for the quotes. It is now 03/09/26 with no response. Obviously, we went elsewhere.
