It sounds like they have a decent # of rolls in stock of "neutral" colors vs. a HD or Lowe's, but trying to get them to help you over the phone was like pulling teeth. The woman did not want to be on the phone with me. She doesn't handle on demand requests. (She should look at a new profession where she does not interact with people.) So she tried to pass me off to Norm who must have told her he also didn't want to talk to me about in stock carpet and told her to tell me "it depends on how much carpet I need. Well NFS. I don't need to call you to hear that. These people must be high on their carpet fumes and they won't be getting any of my money. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND When they removed my doors to install the carpet, they didn't rehang the doors properly. Two of my doors were now hitting the door jamb and would barely close. I brought it up to Norman, but he acted like the installers wouldn't dare do that. He said they only remove the hinges. Anyone knows that sometimes door hinges are hard to remove and therefore people sometime unscrew the entire hinges. Needless to say I had to pay a professional to come out and fix it. He saw how the installers didn't even screw the hinges all the way in. Cost me about $300 for something that the installers at carousel were responsible. The other issue was the carpet that was actually installed was totally different than the sample. I didn't like what was installed. Norman was suppose to call the manufacturer customer service to see about there customer satisfaction guarantee, but I'm not convinced that he did. Norman kept saying he would call me back to give me updates, but he didn't ever do it. Like a lot of things, the customer service is great when you are about to buy, but horrible when something goes awry and they don't want to accept responsibility for something that they obviously did. read more

The absolute worst place to get flooring from. If I could give them zero stars I would! We had wood floors installed three years ago and we noticed that they were fading withn months. After numerous phone calls and texts with no teturn, I finally gave up. I called and texted the owner and he completely avoided any contact whatsoever. That is not how you should run a business. They did not stand behind their work or product at all and the work they did was sloppy with complete lack of attention to the details. I will never recommend them to anyone and will actually make sure that I tell people how bad they are. read more

After posting my previous review one of the owners contacted me about correcting the problem with the tile spacing. He then came over and inspected the job and said they wanted to make it right, so we scheduled to have the tile redone. the installer came back and did a much better job. The owner then called to see if I was satisfied and I told him I was but he could come over and see for himself. We noticed that there were 2 tile misaligned near the counter, I said I could live with that but he wanted to fix it so he had the installer come back and fix it. Now it looks like a great job . I appreciated the interest that he took in my complaint and the whole way that issue was resolved. I should have contacted them about the problem upon completion of the job the first time. Work done: Refinishing an existing floor and putting in new hardwood in our living room and upstairs hallway. The good: They were fast, efficient, at a competitive price. Our floors look great. They worked around our schedule of trying to get our house painted once they had sanded the floors. The bad: 1) The two works installing the floor would leave cigarette butts in our yard and stashed their empty energy drinks in our front bushes. I saw them drinking them earlier while they were working. 2) They also didn't quite "finish" the job while we were out of town. We had to call to get the company to come back and fill the finishing nail holes. They literally didn't fill ANY of them and there were over 30 identified spots they had to touch up. It looked great after they came back though. Overall: Satisfied and worth it. read more

I requested a quote for some flooring before moving into my new house. I knew the exact product name, plank size & even walked the salesman to the item and pointed to it. They quoted $10,000 installed. 4-5 weeks later I moved into the new house and wanted to get rid of the disgusting carpet, so I went into the store and the owner Norman came over to my house and measured. The original quote was for 1,800 sqft and he measured 1,856 sqft. He called me a couple hours after measuring and said that the price would actually be $16,000 installed. I was very disappointed and went into the store Monday to discuss what we could do on the price. The salesman said he could do $8,000 for supply only, but they could not honor the install because they'd be losing money. I maintained my composure and found someone who would install the floor for me. I called today (4 days after the $8k quote) and was ready to pay for it, Norman called me back and said that the price would now be $10,000. I work in construction and understand people make mistakes, but I honor my quotes, even if I make a mistake. I was willing to work with them after the first mishap and willing to pay more than the original quote, but I can't believe they "made a mistake" a second time and had the audacity to tell me that it's only a small increase and I'm still getting a good deal. Bottom line: The owner is unscrupulous and unwilling to honor their quotes, even after they've already raised the price by 60% the first time. I will purchase this floor elsewhere; I'm highly dissatisfied with this company. Everyone else there seems to be friendly and willing to help, but I cannot support a business run by such a weasel. read more

Watch these guys like a hawk!! First, the salesman said he didn't need to come out to give us an estimate, he "knew" what kind of house we had. We'd just moved to the area and figured he knew what he was talking about because he was so confident. We invited him to the house but he refused. Second, we weren't looking for the cheapest carpet but he evidently thought that's all we deserved because that's where he kept steering us. Third, two days before installation was scheduled the salesman called in a panic to say he hadn't ordered enough carpet and he had to come take measurements because it might cost more. We protested and he backed down and stuck to the original quote. To their credit, the installers came as scheduled but they damaged our walls. When we found the damage, minutes after the installers left, we took pictures and immediately went to the store to show the salesman. The first words out of his mouth were, "my guys didn't do that." Then he tried to blame us for making the holes!! He told us it was something we'd done and no way his guys could've done it. We told him we'd just painted the walls before the carpet came and to look at the pictures because it was clear the damage was done to a freshly painted wall. He didn't want to hear about it and proceeded to call the installers, who of course denied doing damage, and basically told us tough luck. We ended up paying for the carpet AND to have someone come fix the scrapes and holes in the walls. So check EVERY wall, behind doors, the baseboard, corners - check it all before anyone leaves because they'll blame you even when proof positive is staring them in the face. They got my money this time but they'll NEVER get it again. I've already had two friends ask who did our carpets and if I'd recommend the company. So while it doesn't put the repair money back in my pocket I've at least steered a few people away. read more
