Never met him but his crew of six people were sent over to put a new rubber roof on my mobile home…read more Six men on a mobile home roof, that if you were knowledgeable you'd know it can't hold more than two. 1 and a half inch rafters with a very thin layer on sheet metal under the rubber. Under that is my ceiling. These guys had no clue as to what they were doing. End result I ended up with a lot of damage. They pulled out my roof jack, thew it to the side. Then they shoved it back in and thought it would magically pop back into place with the connecting pipe to my furnace. My roof jack was broken and the pipe that connects my furnace to it. They stomped around on my roof like it was a normal house. I have dislodged lights, ceiling fan, exhaust fan and cracks in my ceiling. My bathroom door doesn't shut! The owner never came to my home after complaints to check the damage and never called. Found out he never got the permit from the town to do the work. Shady and unprofessional. Between the price, quality and lead time we decided to move forward. Weeks went by with little communication, no estimated install date, WE had to call to find out when they were coming out to measure again. It took a total of four months to get this door installed. And when we were finally given a day to install, they called asking if we could move it. The install was fast (within a few hours) and the crew who installed was friendly. While the door itself looks nice, the outside has these patches all around. The door itself is also tricky to open. Not pleased and would not recommend window world.

But then they decided to start removing boxes and wiring without asking anyone or considering the consequences, which resulted in the entire house losing Internet access. I work from home and ended up losing 6 hrs pay. They offered to follow the wires from the router to reconnect, but since they didn't know what they were doing initially, this failed miserably. If you hire this company, DO NOT ALLOW THE OWNERS TO TOUCH ANY WIRES!!! They proved their incompetence. Normal folks would simply disconnect the boxes, and reconnect. Beware!!
