We did not want to do an engagement shoot and I told Brooke this the first time we talked on the phone. She said that was fine, although I was nervous because I have read that enagagement shoots are the time you and your photographer bond and get to know each other's style, and especially for the couple to be comfortable being photographed before the wedding day. It was never even an issue. Brooke makes you feel so at ease, it's like she wasn't even there. Some of the shots she captured, I'm surprised it's even me! She is so talented. She brought along her second shooter, Allison, who was also phenomenal and she was very fun and great to work with. All in all, we are so happy we had Brooke with us on the most important day of our life. We will cherish these photos forever.

We absolutely loved that feeling. We obviously got to know who Brooke was during that first meeting but what we really loved was that she took the time to get to really know who we were. Not only as a couple but as individuals. Once Jessica and I gave Brooke the good news that we wanted her as our photographer, it wasn't a clients/photographer relationship, it was a friendship. And it has been that way ever since. We entrusted Brooke with all creativity when it came to our engagement photos. When we saw how good they came out we just knew our wedding photos were going to be phenomenal! And boy, I mean girl were they. But first let me tell you how on point not only Brooke was on the day of our wedding but also her assistant/second shooter Allison. Everywhere I turned or looked, either Brooke or Allison was there capturing every moment of our incredibly amazing and special day. When Jessica and I saw just the sneak peek of photos we were overjoyed. She was able to capture a photo of us with both of our dogs, which is now our family photo. When sat down and looked at all of our wedding photos we were blown away by how beautiful they were and how many photos they captured throughout the evening. We are so overjoyed with our experience with Brooke, we will forever recommend her as a photographer to any and everyone. I sent them to a friend who had already booked her own newborn photo shoot and she said she regretted putting down a deposit with another photographer because she loved Nicole's style!
