I was referred to Farleys by a coworker. I wanted to send flowers to a friend that is recovering from back surgery. Never even heard of Farleys but called and spoke to the nicest, most helpful person ever!! Excellent Customer Service is not dead, it is alive and thriving at Farleys. Scott helped me and said it would be delivered today. My friend sent me a snapshot of the beautiful arrangement and said it brightened her day. Couldn't ask for more. I stopped by this florist someone had recommended to me. It is Farley's florist in West Bridgewater. I was not disappointed at all.The Lady behind the counter was very nice.Told her I needed A funeral bouquet for 24 hr delivery for wake. said no problem. while we were waiting in line at the wake a-lady behind us said look at those beautiful flowers.we said they were so nice,they stood out of all the flowers.well we viewed all the flowers looking for ours.We looked at the beautiful ones ,my wife smiled and said they were from us .WoW Thank you Farley's I have never posted on yelp!!!thats how impressed I was. read more

Now they have just finished my 3rd daughters wedding. I put it all in Colleens hands. I told her colors and styles and things we liked but man.. these flowers blew everyone away. just ridiculously stunning. How she does it , I have no clue but all i have to say is I'm glad i found her and I trusted her to do yet another wedding for me. My husband brought home beautiful flowers for Valentine's Day for me from Farleys so I decided to get a few arrangements throughout the year and they all were underwhelming. I've asked for $75 arrangements and was told it would be a huge arrangement so I asked for them to include roses and lilies instead of having so many flowers. They said they'd be happy to include these types of flowers but multiple times the pictures of the arrangements show they are full of carnations and do not have roses nor lilies. This Christmas I ordered an arrangement and spent $75 and it was only a few daisies, lots of carnations and some fake pine cones. I was embarrassed to give it as a gift. read more

I have been a regular customer of Farley's Flowers on West Center Street in West Bridgewater, MA. While they give you what you pay for in the form of beautiful flowers they really lack the customer service piece. I've spent on average about $100 a Month on arrangements that I have delivered over the past 6 Months. I call so often that when I tell them the address to have the arrangements sent, they often tell me the name of the recipient name before I can say it. In 6 Months of loyal patronage you would think they say, at the very least, "thanks for the business". To be honest, whenever I call they often make me feel like I'm bothering them. I often feel rushed threw the ordering process. Rarely they have an interested inflection in their voice. You definitely don't feel the smile come threw the phone. Sending flowers is such a personal and special thing to do for others. It's a shame that at Farley's Flowers they do a poor job of making the customers feel like they share in that feeling. Even when I speak directly with the Manager/Owner Colleen Killgoar she doesn't add much value to the ordering/purchasing experience. I'll find another flower shop for my 2013 purchases and suggest you do the same. read more

While I heard the bouquet was beautiful, they did not follow my directions on the delivery. I asked them to leave the arrangement at the door if no one was home. There is a covered porch and it was 70 degrees outside. They left a note to ask for a phone call to redeliver. I am not sure why they insisted on having the person's phone number then? Wouldn't that be to call and make sure they were home before delivering? If I wanted someone to place a call tag for a delivery, I would have used ProFlowers or 1-800-Flowers and let UPS deliver. Would not recommend if you want your instructions carried out. read more

I called to ask about arrangements and they were rude. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking questions. When she asked what the flowers were for I mentioned a wedding and she laughed at me. She tried to make me feel stupid for trying to order flowers only three months before the wedding. What she didn't realize is that all I needed was 5 bouquets. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I think I'll go elsewhere and would not encourage my friends or family to use this business. I was trying to get flowers (6 boutonnieres, 3 wrist corsages, 1 simple MOH bouquet, 1 simple bridal bouquet, and a 6" cake topper, all featuring white or red roses w/ baby's breath), for my wedding, which is a very small ceremony. My fiancé and I are working professionals and were quite admittedly running behind on booking a florist (Ok - 2.5 weeks...shame on us). Before I could even explain what the order entailed, the woman behind the counter snarkily told me that I am supposed to book a florist at least a year in advance. It would have been nice for her to at least ask some questions and offer some options. We would have been happy to pay a sizeable rush fee, pick up the flowers ourselves, and work within their capacity in terms of arrangement size and style. All she had to do was ask some questions and pretend to care a little bit. Even a gentle, "I'm sorry we're booked, but have you thought of this...?", would have been acceptable. My sister, who is my MOH, has made floral arrangements for weddings in the past and apparently our simple arrangements can be done with a trip to the grocery store to buy flowers, some florists tape, and pins. We're doing it ourselves and saving a ton of cash. I WILL NOT EVER spend a cent at Farley's. read more
