They're not robots, they're human!! Pricing is very fair in my opinion for the quality I always receive. We did pedicures and the foot bath is fine except how awkward it is cause their laughing at you NOT with you.. but after they paint your nails you're completely on your own they did not tell us when or if we were able to leave until we sat their for 20 minutes- finally paid, left- all of our nails smudged we went back and they were like oh you weren't supposed to leave NEWS TO ME ! We paid already that was the only time any of you have acknowledged us in the past now 40 minutes and they FINALLY tell us "oh wait 20 minutes under the light" right right. Several people from my office visit the salon regularly and are met with the same. Granted, due to the pandemic, some changes have been made...(I.e., scheduled appts versus walk-ins).. which I happen to appreciate! The salon is clean...and although I can't speak on everyone's encounter, I've witnessed the equipment being sterilized and not merely "washed or rinsed" between clients. Yong has been my tech for years and not only does she do a great job....her personality is infectious, she is entertaining, and is always smiling or laughing!

It's great that you're booked solid for the next six weeks, however all I wanted to do was purchase a gift certificate and the receiver of the gift certificate could determine when she wanted to make an appointment. I know $125 isn't much money...it's just the principle of customer service.

However, a 911 hair emergency made me give it a whirl and was I surprised. The inside of the salon is well decorated without being pretentious. Products are well and tastefully displayed. There is a reception area where you are greeted upon arrival. Amanda or Mandy as she is called welcomed me and then began to talk about what I wanted. She genuinely listened and evaluated my hair, making suggestions. My highlights were perfect; not too blonde, not brassy, just a nice natural caramel color. The haircut and style was amazing. I could actually leave the salon and not rush home to redo. Needless to say, I made a return appointment as this is one of the best overall experiences I have had with a hair salon.
