They scheduled me with one person then when I got there gave me a young girl by a completely different name and I told them when I called that I didn't want a stylist that was FRESH out of beauty school. I gave her a picture and told her EXACTLY what I wanted. She BUTCHERED my hair & I will NEVER go back. It wasn't worth it. The girl kept looking confused, she didn't know how to texturize & she had no idea what she was doing. Her name was Rez (however you spell it) and that's who I told them I didn't want. They knew she wasn't experienced enough for what I asked and the manager knew it but she went against my wishes COMPLETELY. I hated my hair and I actually showed her how to tezturize my hair. She didn't know how to use the texturizing shears. I did tip her bc I know she was scared and probably 2nd guessing herself but they shouldn't be giving clients to people who have no idea what they're doing. My looks are important to me and I haven't left the house in days. I feel like an idiot. Horrible experience and felt judged the whole time. Super snooty & boogie. I will not recommend them to ANYONE.

These people did them and the fell out 2 days later. I paid 300 and she didn't offer no solution to the problem. She came to richmond not to many blacks. And she's doing like the mixed girls hair. Charging an arm and leg and ripping them off because they dont know nothing about African braiding but I do and im not going to stop till the shut down.
