It was the smoothest and easiest process from from beginning to end ie: putting in the order, having them help me figure out what specifically to get to make sure it was perfect, ease of payment on the phone as well as delivery (as it was delivered on time and exactly during the time frame we discussed). The customer service was fantastic and the end result was incredible!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and my stepmother is beyond elated with what she received (photos attached for reference). He was very sweet and you can tell he was genuine and had a great heart! Also, tulips for 9.95 ???!!! What a deal!!! This place has great reviews, and I'm wondering why? I ordered flowers for a coworker's birthday ($75 spent) for the medium size arrangement. This order was not placed last-minute, so if supply was the issue, they had time to prepare. The arrangement looked very unlike their own website photo. If this were a 3rd party website providing an idea to a local florist, that would be one thing, but this is their own idea. It was lackluster in color (while the online photo was very colorful), it had some damaged leaves, it was very bare (looked less full than the smallest version on their website), and it had very few of the same species of flowers included. I feel I paid more for way less. When I called to voice this, the man who answered told me "well, you can't please everyone". He told me customers are happiest when they just call in an order for them to create. Okay? Why do you have a website with ideas? If you know what your customer is ordering days in advance, why wouldn't you order the specific supplies necessary? He told me they've been in business for a very long time. Okay? Clearly, customer service was better then. This customer service experience was poor and the flowers were no better arranged than I could grab from Kroger on my own. ***Update: I spoke with Daniel, and he was willing to work with me on the situation. I wish that I could replace yesterday's arrangement, but that was still a frustrating experience. However, major props to Daniel's customer service and effort to improve clarity of product availability going forward. read more

Overall, customer service was great and everyone was nice but I felt for the money we spent on this bouquet it fell short. This was for my grandma's 80th and told them it was a big deal. The card said "Happy Birthday Daniel" not her name even after I spelled it over the phone. Feel like the bouquet doesn't really have a shape to them.The roses stuck out about 2 inches above the rest of the flowers. I brought in four vases, requested specific flowers/colors, and even asked that they incorporate the finger puppets I supplied. "We always love to see an empty vase!" they said. About a week before I was scheduled to pick up my order, I called for a quote. They worked with me on the price. When I picked up the flowers, everything was exactly as I'd envisioned. They turned out beautifully! Everyone at the baby shower commented on them, and, days later, my sister continues to rave about them. This isn't my first positive experience with them. I told the people working at sunshine that and I wanted to ensure that my flowers get deliver this time. They made it appoint that they will get delivered and that there. I placed the order the day before Valentine's and they were able to deliver before 4pm (my gf said the delivered was out of breath when they delivered because they were trying to get them here before 4pm).
