The waiting room has a Tv, reading material and fresh coffee. Dr Peretz has filled my cavities, done my crowns with the most professional and up to date procedures. Always with the most painless treatments. I was pregnant when I first started to come here and my daughter has been coming here until she moved to New York. They take my insurance and my out of pocket charges are fair. The whole staff here are so professional and friendly I highly recommend this office for the whole family.

Later, she mentioned that I could send my information in something she could've just told me from the start. The tone throughout the conversation was very sarcastic and passive-aggressive. When I called back to confirm that my insurance was indeed active. I asked about my potential co-pay, and although I had no issue providing my information, she stated that even with it, she couldn't tell me. She also made a confusing comment about "main" procedures being covered, but when I followed up on that, she changed her wording and broke it down in a way that felt condescending. As someone new to the office, I didn't feel welcomed or respected. I genuinely wanted to schedule here because of the many positive reviews, but my interaction with the front desk left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this, because first impressions matter and this one made me reconsider becoming a patient. There are 2 assistants and both are so sweet and always explain the process of what will be worked on for that day.
