I would like to begin this review by stating that I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for over five years. During that time, their service has generally met expectations--sufficient to keep me returning. In particular, their work on alterations, even on short notice, has been commendable. I am a familiar face, and several part-time employees even address me by name. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the family owners has fallen far below acceptable standards and has made me question the value they place on their customers. As per my usual routine, I dropped off a pair of pants for alteration and a shirt for dry cleaning. Upon returning a week later, I found that the pants had been carelessly placed on a hanger, and more concerningly, the stitching was done incorrectly (Mistake #1). I was surprised by the oversight and brought it to the attention of the employee at the counter. To her credit, she attempted to correct what appeared to be an extra stitch while I waited. However, I was on my way to work and asked if she could call me once the issue was resolved--a reasonable request under the circumstances. A full week passed with no follow-up call (Mistake #2). I returned to the shop this morning and brought the issue to the attention of one of the owners, the mother. She has completed many of my previous alterations. However, she repeatedly dismissed my concern, saying, "It's not a big deal," and asked whether I had paid for the service--never once offering an apology (Mistake #3). I replied that, in fact, it was a big deal, and expressed my frustration at being inconvenienced and still expected to pay for substandard service. Still hoping for resolution, I suggested that I should not be charged due to the mishandling. Her response was, "It's up to you, but if you don't want to pay, please don't come back to my shop." This response was not only dismissive but deeply offensive given our longstanding customer relationship. I then turned to her son, who I understand is the primary owner, expecting a more professional approach. Instead, he echoed her sentiments and remarked, "If you were at a car dealership, you'd still pay for the service," implying the correction nullified the original error (Mistake #4). At that point, it became abundantly clear that they placed more value on a $9 ticket than on five years of continued patronage. I stated I would pay for the ticket and would not be returning. In response, the owner said, "No, don't worry about paying--we don't need customers like you," (Mistake #5). What could have been a simple matter resolved with a sincere apology turned into a display of poor customer service and disregard for loyalty (Mistake #6). Sadly, this experience confirms that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this business. I am disappointed and will not be returning. Well i have used this dry cleaners for a year now. I brought in three trousers, and the total for the cleaning is 9.06. The young kid behind the counter, said it will cost me an additional .50 just to use my debit card. He said you cannot pay with a debit card if your purchase is lower than ten dollars. I've used this Dry Cleaners for about 6 months. I went to pick up a jumpsuit and the black color bled on the white. This is unacceptable ! When I spoke to the owner she began yelling and telling me they're not responsible. Not only that, I wore a blouse to work only to find out that they broke a button and didn't even attempt to fix it. How in the world do you allow people to trust you with their clothes and then yell you're NOT RESPONSIBLE ? Not only did she yell at me, she hung up the phone in my face. I'm really frustrated with people opening business in our neighborhood and take your money but as soon as they mess something up, they're not taking responsibility for their action. Whatever you do, PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DRY CLEANERS ! They'll half way smile in your face as long as you DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CLOTHES! AWFUL SERVICE !!!!! read more

I really wish I could rate them ZERO stars!!!! I have been using this cleaners weekly for many, many years but when I picked up my son's uniform pants last week, there were several spots all over the pants. I figured they either had someone new or a problem with their machine and therefore took them back to the cleaners along with my next week's drop off and was immediately talked to crazy by both owners Ann and Tommy. They tried to blame it on oil my son had gotten into which is absolutely ridiculous! They were school uniform pants and he doesn't come into contact with any oil at school and why is this just occurring for the FIRST time in several years! Ann and Tommy were both overly defensive which only revealed their guilt even more. Ann had the audacity to call me crazy for insinuating they were the cause for the spots so after a few choice words back I left before I caught a case and will not use their horrible establishment again. I had been a customer of this cleaners for a number of years. I had a jumpsuit dry cleaned and when I returned home with it, I noticed that the pant legs were shorter. I tried on the jumpsuit and noticed that my outfit had been altered. I contacted the cleaners immediately and informed the owner about my damage. I was told to come back to the cleaners. When I returned the owner declined to have me try the jumpsuit on to see the error. I was willing to have her correct the mistake by cutting the jumpsuit into a short romper so that I could be able to wear it again. The owner wanted to charge me additional fees to correct her damage. There was no customer service etiquette. I will never do business with this cleaners again. read more

My husband and I have been using this cleaners for the past 5-6 months never had a problem until today. As my husband when in to pick up items that were not return to me on Saturday's pick-up the owner begin to yelling and screaming at my husband for not having his ticket and stated we only dropped off one item to begin with which wasn't true. There are any times I've gone in there I have never give anyone a ticket when I pickup because my husband would drop off in the evening. Just a reminder in the evening there's high school kids working in there playing around no adults after 5PM. The only thing they would ask us is for is our phone number, first initial to your first name and full last name. Well on last Saturday 10/7 I went in not only to pick up what my husband had drop off on that Monday but to also drop off a wedding gown and veil to be cleaned. The young lady who was working in there only brought me a skirt that day. When I got home my husband asked for his additional clothing which wasn't in the bag. So today my husband goes to the cleaners to pickup the additional item we were missing. The owner was very very disrespectful and made a huge scene in front of other customers. She told my husband unless he has his receipt she didn't have anything for him. Of course, my husband was upset and call me at work. I then decide to call to see if the owner would tell me if the items were ready. As she answer the phone I'm telling her what happen she begin to yell through the phone telling me she can't help us until we get our receipt. Before she hung up I mention that I was going to call my attorney to help revolve this matter. Less then 2 minutes later the owner calls my husband back and say we scared her and she found our clothes to come and get them. Not any point was my husband upset that the clothes were misplaced, he was upset on how the owner treated him because people make mistakes. When he arrives the owner than say since me and my husband calling our lawyer then she will not clean the wedding dress and veil I dropped off on last Saturday. Mind you the dress was dropped out on Saturday and is suppose to be ready today. We WILL NOT be using her ever again. I used this cleaners for over a year. One day I picked up my shirts and found that they had burned one while ironing. When I told the owner about this she began yelling at me and frankly lost a customer. Shortly after this my wife discovered that one of her shirts had it's cuff torn and then hemmed. I was never informed of this. I would recommend that you find a better cleaners if you care about your clothes. read more

Horrible, horrible, rip off! They iron only. Clothes smelled the same as the did when I brought them in. If you bring it to their attention, the owner yells, bullies, and even told me she did not care about me as a customer. To keep the peace, I put up with this for many years. Buttons, ripped off, clothes dirtier with more spots than they had originally. Cheap, but not worth damaging clothes I paid good money for. She was very disrespectful.
