Used to be good ... I've never had a problem before. I pick up white garments today and there is black stuff everywhere on my items. The clerk tried to say I left them there too long. I don't give a f*ck HOW LONG they were in your establishment- why is your equipment leaving black shit all over my clothes!!?!??? She refused to re-clean them. Customer service means nothing anymore. read more

This place says they do everything "in house" but sent out a pair of leather pants to be cleaned and completely destroyed them. They refuse to reimburse me and are terrible to communicate with. Definitely do not go here! read more

The past year i had a real bad experienc. they couldn't washer my clothes what they did was only dry the clothes without washing it and give me my clothes back duty and smelling of my own perfume or lotion. if I could put zero stars I would do it. read more

If I could give this cleaners zero stars I would. After purchasing a brand new red blazer (straight out the packaging), my husband brought it to this cleaners to have cleaned prior to wearing it. As soon as he got home from picking it up, he noticed white splotches that appeared to either be bleach. We thoroughly inspected this blazer as soon as he took it out the package, so we know these weren't there when he dropped it off. It felt like pulling teeth trying to get answers, and it took us several weeks to get in contact with the manager and owner to come up with a solution. Their inability to quickly resolve this situation and their lack of accountability was extremely disappointing. Despite their offer of a credit for future cleanings, we will not be back. read more

I this location on 2/26/24. I prepaid to have 26 dress shirts dry clean and heavy starched. When I arrived to pick up my clothes on 2/27/24, I noticed that my shirts was not dry cleaned, heavy starched and was very wrinkled. The Asian girl at the front counter said, that they've been having problems with the workers servicing my clothes. She was also very rude and unprofessional. I explained the to issue Consqella. She asked me to allowed them to redo my shirts. However, when I arrived to pick up my shirts on 2/28/24, I noticed that they were still not dry cleaned, heavy starched, and very wrinkled. I should not have to iron my clothes after I take them to the cleaners. The quality of work and service provided was very poor.This type of behavior is unethical, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable. read more

I went for proximity to work and my nail salon which I would be visiting later in the week. I just had a dress that I needed cleaned to wear to a wedding. Stopped by in the morning before work and the girl working the counter was such a snot! She was really short (in tone) and just generally rude. She seriously behaved as if she was just so put off that I had come in there. She seemed offended that I didn't know it was pay at drop off. I mean seriously, just chill out chick. When I picked up it was a different guy who was normal. The girl might have been having a bad morning as my friend swears she's perfectly nice. Whatever it was, I hope she got over it. read more

I recently had garments cleaned at this establishment. Sometime after I returned home with my items, I noticed that all of the buttons on a sweater were missing. When I returned the sweater to the cleaners, the manager informed me that they are not responsible for buttons. I paid for my sweater to be cleaned, not damaged. I expected that the cleaners would either refund my cleaning charge, or offer to replace my buttons. Now I am out of not only a cleaning bill, but the cost to replace the buttons on a sweater that DSC damaged. Their customer service sucks! I will take my clothes someplace else in the future. read more

I have been to the Dry Clean Super Center only twice, and well I had enough. The first time was on a Saturday. They man greeted me, took my items, and informed me to return a bit before 5 pm to pick up my items. I got there around 4:40pm and everything was ready, and nice. I left very happy. The second time I went in on a Thursday... got there around 8 am and they informed me that my clothes would be ready by 5 pm (That is what they promise: "Bring your clothes in by 9 a.m. and they will be ready by 5 p.m.") Well I guess that only works on weekends because they do not follow that on the weekdays. Not only were my clothes not ready by 5 p.m. They were extremely rude. There is this one girl that is so annoyed by everyone that walks in. She has tattoos on her breast and it's disgusting. She acts like she doesn't want to be there and doesn't greet you. She takes for ever to look for your clothes... comes back and just says... "can't find it" - "let me check again"... takes her time and then simply says "It's not ready yet", so then I ask when will they be ready and she just simple says: "I don't know" and walks away. Are you freaking kidding me? I would fire her in an instant. I returned a little past an hour .. around 6:30pm, and my clothes were still not ready. I had to wait in the cleaners to get my items. I guess I should also mentioned that I only had 4 items. Wow, I will not be going there back again. Oh, and did I mention that I took a coupon and they didn't even apply it to my bill. I switched to this dry cleaner a year ago after my previous dry cleaner damaged a few of my expensive designer clothes. I am so glad i switch here. They are now the only dry cleaner in the area that i can trust with my designer/runway items. They always do a great job and didn't need me to ever remind them to be careful with anything.
