I picked up my car (which still cost me a $125 diagnostic service fee) and took it to my other mechanic who did the work for $800 less. I'm sure The Hub stands by their work and their quote, but that is just so, so far off and a bit toned def to this customer's needs. It was bare bones, but I like what they said, so I limped over there with my motorhome. They were GREAT! Chuck (the owner) was super accommodating, and I could tell that he knew what he was talking about. He and his crew spent the better part of a day working on our motorhome. In other words, the engine was nothing more than an expensive boat anchor. Although they could have tried to charge me about $600, the good people at Graves charged me the minimal diagnostic fee. This was the first time I have ever brought a vehicle to Graves Automotive and if I have problems with any of my other cars I will definitely be taking them to Graves Automotive!
