It also has what appears to be the top of the line, latest, and newest technology. It makes for easier, more efficient visits. It makes all other dental offices I've ever visited look old, cramped, dirty, and outdated. Both our girls got their braces with Doctor Chan-Ly, and we couldn't be happier. Plus, they're located in the bayside commons shopping strip, which usually means you have plenty of parking.

Ease of Appointment: Called for an initial inquiry and was led step by step to finalize an appointment. Although I was ready to pay out of pocket, Rahema was able to check into my insurance and found out there was going to be a discount/copay from my insurance. Paperwork: Straightforward and no nonsense. Follow-up- Immediate. A phone call by the doctor was made a couple hours after the tooth extraction to check in on the patient. ----------------- The actual experience------- Upon arrival, paperwork was filled out and the doctor was able to see my daughter immediately for a tooth extraction. Bedside manner of the doctor was excellent. Transition of the procedure was smooth. Additional paperwork for maintenance was given. A cute tooth holder was given to my daughter as well as additional supplies. Later that evening, the doctor called to check in to see how she was doing. Reflecting on my 10 years of experience with this location, has there been a billing issue? Sure, mistakes happen. Have they given me an attitude about it? NO, they look into the problem and correct it. Do I sometimes come with 1,001 questions about my kids teeth? Yes, and they've always answered them. Have I ever been late for an appointment? Yes, and on those few times they've always tried to accommodate. BUT, I would call to tell them I'd be running late and let's be honest - the owner is running a business and just because our lives are running a little hectic doesn't me the whole world stops for us. You being late cuts into someone else's time. What if it was your time someone else was cutting into. My children are not perfect. My son has vasovagal syncope which made having a cavity filled real fun (NOT), needed braces, and doesn't brush well. My daughter is a mouth breather (doing damage to her teeth), has needed a tongue tie procedure, and has already had a cavity filling. At every NEW dental/personal experience in my children's lives, KIDDSMILES has been right there supporting them every step of the way- making them feel safe and loved. They've accommodated us whenever possible when asking for the family room (both your children seem at the same time or sometimes one at a time but together in the same room). Have they ever run behind? Yes, what business that deals with emergencies hasn't??? - name one and I'd call you a liar!
