Great experience all around. Monitored my kids before they were ready to get braces for free. My son has been monitored every six months for two years now because he is very slow to lose his teeth. My daughter completed hers earlier this year. Appointments are easy and flexible because the front desk is amazing. They are friendly and will work with you if you have an emergency. You never feel like they do not care. Dr. Abraham is great with kids - funny and personable and gives out great swag gifts to warm the kids up. Very little wait time if any because they staff and assign appointments properly. This is so important for parents with no time and kids who play competitive sports! Price is reasonable and everything is upfront. The price is the price as long as you do your part. They do not charge you for things along the way that I've read about some other orthodontists doing. 10/10 would recommend. They made our experience as stress free as it can be. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Abraham and his amazing team at Avenue Orthodontics in Whitestone! Before we even started, I posted on Instagram asking for orthodontist recommendations -- and multiple people immediately said Avenue Orthodontics. Now I know why! Dr. Abraham is a perfectionist in the best way. He truly cares about every patient, remembers names and details, and makes each visit personal and positive. My son had Invisalign instead of braces, and it was the perfect choice thanks to Dr. Abraham's expert care. He wore the aligners for about a year with regular visits, then a retainer for another year, and now only checks in as needed. Dr. Abraham gave the best advice for keeping aligners clean and never lost -- even providing extra sets just in case. He celebrates every milestone with small gifts that keep kids motivated. His assistants and front office staff are just as wonderful -- friendly, organized, and always welcoming. A very cozy environment for staff, family members and patients. Staff greets you with a warm smile no matter what weather or season it is outside. My son has been going here for his braces for a year and half now. We're treated like a family. Place is very clean, all instruments used are well kept and package well in sterile packages. Very fast and professional service. My retainer broke so I was looking at different places, comparing the prices etc. This office was near my house so I gave them a call and they were able to fit me in within two days. I arrived at the clinic 5 minutes before my appointment and they took my temperature for covid purposes. I didn't even need to sit down in the waiting area- I was immediately escorted into a room and was given an iPad to fill out basic demographics and insurance info. After I was done they took couple pictures of my teeth and the doctor came in within 10 minutes. He was very kind and attentive. Then my teeth were scanned- they don't use molds anymore which was a plus because the mold process is really uncomfortable. They told me to come pick up my retainers in 4 days and I was given two sets (as a backup) for the price of one. The price was the icing on the cake. Everywhere I called or went- priced me ridiculously high but here was very reasonable and I had no problem with it. I highly recommend this place for any orthodontic procedures- very professional and friendly. Also the office is very clean and modern. read more

Dr. Abraham and staff are great to work with. My daughter had her braces done by Dr. Abraham and as a first time parent, I was worried and had lots of questions. He answered all of them. My daughter had one of her wires bothering her and this was after work hours, I called the office and Dr. Abraham was accessible and even offered to take a look. I began my Invisalign treatment a few months ago, and the progress that I have seen is incredible. They explained my treatment plan and answered all questions I had concerning my treatment. I've had braces twice, I know..... My bottom teeth were still shifting around despite prior promises from my former orthodontist. During my first visit Dr. Abraham installed hidden braces and within days my teeth shifted into place and have stayed there. I've stopped by for a check up here and there but my teeth haven't budged after shifting back into place. It's really nice to hear people compliment you on your smile. Thank you Dr. Abraham. Even though I am in braces the staff was super accommodating in setting up a consult with Dr. Abraham about my current case for a second opinion. Their facility is super modern. As soon as Dr. Abraham saw my pictures he said "I think you have a story to tell". I felt so relieved to hear this that I cried. Braces have been a complete nightmare for me; especially psychologically as my smile is worse than before braces. Dr. Eleni is the most educated orthodontist I have ever visited. Her explanations and recommendations are thorough and I actually understood every single thing that she said! Usually, when dentists or orthodontists explain my teeth situations to me, it's like they're speaking a completely different language! I understand they have their own terminologies but I don't know what they mean!! After Dr. Eleni used those same terminologies, she further explained what she meant in normal ENGLISH! I went in for a consultation (free) for Invisalign because I have crooked teeth, an open bite, and a crossbite (Geez, that's a lot). Waited maybe 5 minutes and was shortly seen in her office. She comforted me and answered every last question I had with SO much patience and with a smile on her face, a very pretty face might I add :) Afterwards, the receptionist came in and went over all my potential cost & financing and answered every last question before I even had to ask! Thennnnn, I had pictures taken for their record just incase I wanted to stick with Avenue Ortho (which, obviously I was!) In between that, Dr. Eleni checked up on me two more times randomly to make sure I was still okay and if I had any further questions, which I did so I LOVED that she read my mind to come back to me!! After I was finally finished and met with my mom again in the waiting room, she was like OMG the dentist is soooo nice and she explained everything to me while you were with the receptionist. She shook my hand and made me feel at ease about you, la la la. I had no idea! So that saved me a whole speech repeat that I would of had to explain :) Overall, AMAZING experience. I am so freaking happy and my schedule is finally set (10 years after wondering where I'm going to get this treatment done) and I'm SOOOO excited to pursue this!
