She's very patient and I appreciate that they check in with you about your order. They are very accommodating about delivery and pick ups located in a central area, which is very convenient. I gave them to my daughter and neighbor for Easter. The flavor profiles were spot on: Moist, balanced, and perfectly baked. The carrot cake cream cheese icing was perfection in every bite. The process: Nikki called soon after I placed my order online and I received a date within 3 business days to pick up, she also delivers locally for $5. I met her in the Church parking lot, she was easy to spot with a big smile and a shirt that read Nikki.
