So disappointed. I had high hopes for this place but I'll not be visiting again. They have a $25 policy for new clients that are late or miss an appointment. I wasn't late just thought it was odd especially since I was 5min early and they weee running behind. After being pointed to a pedicure chair after 10 minutes. I wasn't asked the type of service I wanted. Just in a chair and told to put my feet in the water prepared for me. The water was warm at best and was cold in a matter of minutes. After my really crappy basic pedi in which my cuticles and nails were not properly trimmed or filed. My toes polished with a polish thinned by a significant amount of acetone. Another girl came by with a new bottle and put on another coat. . 3 days out I now have zero polish on the edges of my toes. Save yourself some time and $$ go somewhere else read more

I came here to get dip nails. When she was finished, the nails were mustard yellow and were crooked on many fingers. While the woman was filing my nails, she kept the file in the same spot for several minutes leaving my finger to bleed. She then not only continue to do my nails but also not let me wash my hands in case any infection occurred. I'm sure there are better nail salons in Destin. Would not recommend. read more

Very friendly staff. However, my polish chipped within hours. I usually get OPI but chose a different brand so I won't blame the chipping solely on them. They have OPI brand as well I just decided on a different color. When I looked closer at my not chipped toes you could see the layers of polish. They were wiggly and uneven. It has been YEARS since I have had a really good leg and foot massage during a pedicure. I am on a week long vacation and desperately needed some new polish on my toe nails. I saw this place when I went to publix the other day and the prices seemed reasonable. So I decided to stop in today. The older woman gave me the most intense and long massages ever! She was absolutely amazing and I feel completely relaxed! I couldn't have asked for a better massage! That is my favorite part of a pedicure and most technicians skip past it with a quick rub down. She took her time and is very good with her hands! I completely recommend this place! Sucks I live 2 hours from her and can't use her regularly. The first time I went to Destin Nails the results were fantastic! The second time I went, yes, I had an appointment...the salon was packed and I had 3 different people working on my pedicure and dip nails. Only 4 days after that appointment my dip nails began chipping and coming off! Needless to say, I doubt that I'll be back. With the amount of money I spent I expected my nails to last at least 3-4 weeks :(. I also expect a salon to make my appointment with only ONE person who knows what they're doing. read more

I've only had my nails done a few times so I wasn't quite sure what I wanted but it was my birthday and I broke my real nail down really far so my boyfriend took me. The gentleman working not only squeezed me in an hour later in the only open spot available (he showed me the schedule), but he also didn't make me feel dumb when saying I didn't know what I wanted or needed. My boyfriend picked out a nail color where each color was different, I was embarrassed to ask for that much effort and offered to do a simple, single color but the nail stylist, Dien (I believe), responded and said "Don't feel bad, it's fun!" Even though I was tasking something ridiculous. While my nails were dipped, my boyfriend enjoyed an awesome Deluxe Pedicure. That was such an awesome visit and we'll definitely be back! I personally don't get nails done often. But once in a while still not that easy to find the place that make me feel clean and relax until I went to Destin nails. I got pedicure&manicure, legs wax and my 4 years old daughter also got her nails done. We love it! They were fast and came out so pretty and clean! I also love the massage part was so relaxing. The guy I had was a older male, who obviously didn't know what I wanted..
