My friend and I stopped in while visiting Destin to look around and pick up a few things. We had a very great experience with the staff they were super helpful and friendly. This shop has a large variety of items to choose from. A mini cigar humidifier, nicotine sticks, hookah's, etc. a huge selection of everything that you could possibly need. I'm in Destin for vacation, went in to get a vape and the one they gave me was faulty/burning after hitting it. I tried it out in the shop and it was fine until a couple hits later, after I hit it would continue burning vapor for no reason. Not even 2 minutes after buying it I went in to ask to exchange it and the manager (a man) was really overwhelming explaining how he 'doesn't do exchanges' and this is the only 'exception he will make' and was really adamant asking what the issue was when I explained & showed it to them. He let me exchange it but the new vape I was given is burnt. I'm not a difficult customer and will always compromise/meet in the middle. The service I got from the 2 ladies was amazing but the guy which I'm assuming was the owner seemed like he just wanted to make money. Do not recommend. Test out your vapes (atleast the escolar's) a couple times before you leave. read more

I was experiencing issues the minute it came out the box. It is always clogged and spits in my mouth. I came in to show them that the vape was LEAKING wax from the mouthpiece the next day. I requested a refund or a new vape and they told me sorry but nothing we can do about it. They took a paper towel and "cleaned" it for me after again explaining to them the amount of wax I'm losing. LOL. I spent a hefty 55$ on this bad boy and to think the guy was trying to sell me 2 for his "10% off deal." Lmao the thing is so clogged i cant even hit it anymore. How do i rate -10 stars?
