The customer service rep/ receptionist explained to me that they would fix my lashes, but unfortunately that same day I tested positive for Covid and couldn't go in until negative. Now here we are 8 days after me talking with her, and they refuse to fix lashes or refund my money. I feel cheated, ripped off, and just plainly done wrong. I sent them pictures of what my lashes looked like 48 hrs after getting them, but they claim that the tech told me that she couldn't do my lashes because of a gap. This was my first visit there, if this was their recommendation why would I proceed anyway in place new to me? I asked to speak with Tanya the owner on day 2, day 5, and again today, but was told by the receptionist that she's the only one who handles customers' complaints. Keep your money and go to a place with business integrity, great customer service, and awesome professional skills. I explained to Kristin, even if there was only a gap or 2 in my lashes...how does she reconcile the fact that my lashes are 90% gone and "today" is day 10 since my service. That's not because of gaps, that's because of poor technique. I told her that this is a horrible way to do business and when I told her that I was writing my experience in this review, she hung up on me. I've posted below my pics I sent them 48 hrs after my $112 service, which includes their original apology and promise to fix when they saw the pics. I truly wish that they had just simply refunded my money, had a different tech repair my lashes(like they said they would), or just simply told me when I arrived that my requested service was not possible give the skill set of my assigned lash tech. I truly love the location that I regularly receive my service at, but it's over an hour away, and I was just hoping that myself and my 6 friends who all go there together had finally found a great place within 15 minutes of us all. But I truly found out that quality service is just simply unparalleled and well worth the drive.

Little background, I used to go all the time to another technician at a different studio, but at some point developed some sort of allergy to Lashes in general. I tried so many different places, types of glue, and lash brands and nothing really seemed to fix the reactions I was having. I don't think it was the fault of any specific place or experience I had. All that said, I gave lash central a shot, and I felt like I didn't have a big reaction for the first time in a long time. I was a little irritated, but again I don't think it had anything to do with lash central, it was more of a me issue. At this point, this is probably the only lash studio in Riverside I would visit.

I learned very quickly that no one else has the skill Hanna does or the style that I like best. She offers a few different types of lashes, volume sets or a more natural look-- I like the more natural look since I don't wear a lot of makeup daily for work, but definitely go more volume if that's your style. BOOKING: She books up very fast and is usually booked up about 2 weeks in advance so keep this in mind when texting her to book an appointment. If there's something special you need lashes for, book her as soon as you know the date to ensure you get your preferred date and time. Her lashes are beautiful and don't damage your real lashes. If you take care of them, they last longer. Be prepared to get lashes for the rest of your life--you won't be able to stop.
