They do not provide a quality of customer service at all, as I had anticipated as soon as I spoke up. They were quick to respond and contact me within minutes following my review offering us a redo. When we expressed we did not want the service again, I got ghosted. This business has no accountability. I would suggest supporting a professional and private lash tech instead. I've attached screenshots as proof of my attempts to communicate.

This was my fifth visit to this spa, and I'm leaving this review because my previous experiences when visiting alone have always been relaxing and enjoyable. However, I've noticed that when I come with someone else, the experience feels very different. I visited with my cousin on Mother's Day (5/10/2026-10am) hoping for a relaxing and special experience, but unfortunately it was disappointing. During both the massage and facial, the masseuses were talking quite a bit throughout the service, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the treatments. There was also constant loud construction noise coming from the business next door, as they appeared to be installing flooring. I understand that some things, like neighboring construction, may be outside of the spa's control, but the excessive conversation during the treatments really affected the experience. Since I've had good visits here before, I was surprised by the difference this time. I hope they can provide the same peaceful and professional atmosphere consistently for all clients. read more

I told the lady I didn't like my lashes at all and I asked her if she could fill some more in and she told me no and it's just not what I wanted at all and as soon as I walked out of there, they were talking smack in their language and plus they just literally ignored everything that I wanted they just did whatever they wanted it to be like and charged me and then as soon as I left too, they left right after me, but they say their business doesn't close until 8 o'clock . read more

The only reason they are getting a one star review is because I can't give them no stars. I originally went on April 13 to get a full set of lashes. I showed the girl a photo of wispy lashes and when she was finished, my lashes were not wispy and she said I didn't ask for wispy lashes- photos don't lie! I went back to get a fill from another person -I made an appointment over the phone for 4 o'clock for yesterday. She called me 30 minutes before my appointment and said I had to come later at 4:30 -I showed up at 4:30. She then said there was be another 30 minute they got me in after 5 PM and while I was laying on the table with pads over my eyes, the girl who was going to put my lashes on disappeared. I took the pads off my eyes, and she was at the next table doing another persons lashes that got there while my eyes were covered. Unbelievably horrible service. I walked out. read more

When I walked in, I was warmly welcomed, and the store was clean and well-maintained. I got the Natural Mink Full Set with lengths 12, 9, and 10. They look so natural and exactly what I wanted.
