Since we share the same insurance and I was told my out of pocket cost would be no more than $100, I trusted this office and started my treatment with Dr. Elisa Marants, supervised by Dr. Jeffrey Chustckie. What happened next was absolutely unacceptable. After a few months, I discovered that my insurance had stopped paying because the office closed my Invisalign case after only 5 months, even though my treatment was clearly not finished. My case involved one single tooth, and there was no clinical justification for ending the treatment early. My insurance confirmed that they would resume payments if the provider simply reopened the case. Instead, the office refused to do it. To make things worse, when I called to ask for clarification, the staff told me: "We will call you back after speaking with Dr. Marants." They never called. Not once. No follow up, no explanation, no accountability. I reached out again, and the response was the same: no responsibility, no willingness to fix their own mistake, and absolutely no concern for the patient. Because they closed the case prematurely, my insurance paid only about $1,500, and I was left with an incomplete treatment and a financial situation that I never agreed to. This entire experience has been: * Unprofessional * Irresponsible * Poorly managed * Completely lacking in patient care and ethics I strongly warn anyone considering Invisalign or any dental treatment here: Avoid this office.
