Then we found Say Yes in Key West, and I thank goodness! From the moment I called them for the first time, all my stress and worry melted away. They took care of *every single detail* for a beautiful wedding with all the touches that made the special day I've always dreamed of even more amazing! We ordered the Hawaiian Paradise package for $3,000 with a ceremony at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park's R2 location. This particular location had an extra fee of $500, but it was absolutely worth it. This location is a beautiful swath of beach, gorgeous rocks, tropical foliage, and the beach faces the sunset perfectly. It is STUNNING, especially when the sun is setting. I couldn't have imagined a more romantic place to be married! They managed the difficult steps of the ceremony setup and breakdown, ensuring that all the vendors arrived on time, and I didn't have to worry about a thing! They handled the arbor, decorations, flowers, chairs, chair decorations, officiant, musician, photography, wedding cake, a beautiful sign made by a local artist, a ginger ale toast, transportation to and from the ceremony, and more. It seemed like an endless list, and they managed everything perfectly! The florals were absolutely exquisite! Say Yes had Karro Florals provide the flowers, and they were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen in my life! I was so worried they wouldn't be premium flowers, but WOW, they were stunning! They included so many floral arrangements, and draped the flowers and beautiful fabrics over a gorgeous bamboo canopy on the beach. It was SO PRETTY! They had the cake delivered directly to our reception at the Rooftop Cafe, and it tasted so amazing, everyone loved it! We ordered a two-tier cake so we could keep the top for our anniversary. Say Yes handled all the details and served as the middle man for all my requests, and throughout every stage of the planning, they never made me feel bad for being particular about something or trying to save money. They really made it so easy, and it was the most absolutely incredible dream wedding! Just like a fairy tale! I definitely recommend them, you will not regret it!

We paid for 3 hrs for a photograph and he showed up super late, bc he said he didn't know what time he was supposed to be there. At our wedding dinner the photographer made up the time and took us away from our guests to make up the missed time. That didn't really matter because we never got our pics. Everyone in attendance was supposed to get a non-copyrighted cd with all the pics. That didn't happen. I emailed him about the pics after a month and a half and he said I should have gotten them and he'd have someone re-email me. Never happened. My mom paid for the services and actually contacted her credit card company I dispute the charges, which they then rewarded her all of her money back. My husband and I went down there this past week and were asking about the photographer. We were willing to pay him for the photographs bc we were pretty sure that he was never paid for his services. When asking around and telling locals what happened, they all had stories for us. I guess now he hasn't been seen for awhile around the area. I can't believe the website is still up since he isn't around and doesn't pay the people he contracts with. We got his name from friends of my mom who went through him (they live in Key West) and they feel horrible for what he's done.

The combination was out of this world. As an out-of-town bride, I was very nervous. I personally have never been to Key West and prior to connecting with Bernadette, I had to rely on photos and online reviews to aid me in my wedding planning. As soon as I spoke to Bernadette on the phone, I knew I struck gold. She helped put my nerves at ease and shared such great ideas and perspectives that made me more and more confident with each wedding decision I made - even though I was over 1,400 miles away. From day number one Bernadette, walked me through the planning process to help ensure I was on track with my planning. We touched based ever couple weeks by phone and multiple times a week via email. She answered all of my questions timely and ALWAYS had photos she sent to give me a visual. Bernadette knows Key West very well and her eye for design and her ability to interpret the light has made for the most breathtaking photos and décor. Bernadette is so friendly and thoughtful. So much care and attention to detail went into each and every moment of the night. Bernadette knew I was on a tight budget but still was able to give me such elegance and glam. Bernadette took the time to get to know me and what I needed and was easily able to adapt to ensure that I was comfortable and happy. Every expectation that I ever imagined for my special day was far beyond exceeded.
