Took 6 months to get my 2024 taxes my state also which due to JC putting wrong address which he said he fixed I finally got a check at my brothers house since he put an old address I also asked him to fix. The best is I got my transcripts from irs and know understand why he has not returned my call after texting emailing leaving messages. He put different direct deposit info that I caught and he said he fixed which is a lie, even made up fake documents showing he fixed everything. will not provide me with how much I was charged yet my refund was over 3000 and I got little over a 1000 deposited into my bank from an account he had irs send to. I was unable to change it and he's good he will make it look like helping you after finding out I'm not the only one looking for this man for same issues he will never reply to you i been trying for months. I dont do taxes so he knows how to manipulate the system. Be aware if you come here on what's going on and make sure you know what he charging you. After one small accident when they re-new your policy they no longer offer monthly payments, they then told me they canceled my policy when I was shopping around. I did not ask to cancel my policy I simply said not to renew it, the communication at the office is beyond horrible. Please beware don't shop here!!! they honestly don't care about humans life, they don't care about us at all!
