I worked directly with Karla L. This by far was thee most horrible and unprofessional experience I have ever encountered with any business. Karla set me up with a down payment for 475 and said I could pay half of it to get started and the other half in 3 months. When the time came she forgot to put the extension and they ended up canceling my insurance through Aspire. When I tried to resolve the matter Karla stopped answering her phone. This place is a scam they get your down payment and put you through the wringer and I have found several reviews claiming the same thing. Unless u like you to be directly stolen from and lied to, do your self a favor and do not use Free way, or atleast don't Let Karla help you.if I could put negative stars I would. read more

DO NOT get insurance from these people they are frauds. My insurance expired on 11/20 so I called 11/21 and Heidy Valeriano was "helping" me. She told me I couldn't keep my National General insurance bc I let it expire so it automatically expired. I had to get a whole new insurance with a down payment of $518 through Multi-State because once again Heidy Valeriano said I couldn't keep the same insurance. Yesterday I get a charge of $232 from National General and when I called in I spoke to multiple people who argued with me the entire time. They told me I couldn't get a refund bc I signed for automatic payments, but how if that insurance canceled on 11/20 !! Everyone was very rude especially a supervisor named Daniel and his agent number is 4823. They continued to tell me they can't do anything because it is up to National General. Every single time I asked how isn't on the employee who lied they had no response. I wanted to speak to National General directly so I asked 2 people the number for them and the continued to give me their number. They had me going in circles for no reason. Everyone here is very unprofessional and they are trying to take your money. Now another payment of $157 is about to be taken out of my account on the 9th when I NEVER agreed to that payment date especially when my new insurance was barely set up on 11/21. I spoke to 3 different people that did not care about what was happening and how I have a livelihood to maintain with christmas right around the corner. So in a matter of 2 and half weeks I'm paying $675 for payments I NEVER authorized. DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!! read more

Worst insurance policy I've ever purchased. Partly my fault for not reading every initial point in the contract but never in my 40 years of living have a bought a policy so crappy. Check what your signing. I had a stipulation that within the first 60 days of the inception of the policy your deductible triples if you make a claim in those first 60 days. I talked to a friend who has been doing insurance for 20 years and and she's never heard of a stipulation like that and unfortunately we had a accident in the first 60 days. Something the agent should have verbally told us about our policy before purchasing. Second it cost me another $50 to cancel my policy even though the car was totaled out. Unreal!!! Crappiest insurance I've ever had. Id much rather pay $20 or even $50 more a month for a REAL insurance policy. read more

So I called think this was freeway insurance. Because that is what the business name is. But DON'T BE FOOLED! This is a insurance brokerage company. The lady quoted me a great rate of $49. But to get started the fee is $225. That is including first months bill. Now I was horribly shocked. I asked why so much? Representative: those are the dmv fees we pay to the DMV. Me: what are those fees specially? Can you send me a email stating the details of the dmv fees? And also the quote? Representative: uh yeah sure. I'll go ahead and get that over to you. Give us a call if you decide to get it. Me: ok cool. *about to give her my email. ( I declined to give my email early on). Representative: hangs up This is a pure scam. I have to say I found one business that met my criteria. Freeway Insurance on 4th and Vineyard was just that place. From the moment I called, Lucia was very friendly and provided excellent service. I had called another place before but decided to go with her based on her assistance over the phone. She was able to give me a couple quotes within minutes. When I arrived she got right down to business, I was in and out within 15 minutes or so with my new insurance policy. She not only saved me over $100 monthly but got me roadside assistance included in my policy. What a wonderful experience I had with her. Called first to get a quote and tried to be very detailed and exact so when I'd go in id have an idea on what to pay. I arrived and the down payment and monthly payments each rose to $100 more than what in had been told over the phone. I had even asked the agent over the phone if she could guarantee me the price and she said yes it might go up/down $10-15 and I was okay with that. But I'd end up paying $200 more. the agent said let me call my manager and the manager was rude and the price that I was offered over the phone was of a nonexistent company. Funny thing because the agent I spoke to referred me to them because they were near my house. Instead of reducing the price she peaked it up and we just left. Honestly everyone should do research these agencies just abuse of us because they think we are dumb. I suggest people to ask lots of questions.
