They were too close in to the center. They need to make them just a bit wider. I didn't even know what the towel holders were for until I went to another location. We actually stopped going to quick quack for about 3 years because their machines ripped out the antanna of my car and instead of paying the $25 to replace it and make it right, they told us it wasn't their machine's fault, but when I had to have a car wash on Sunday mornings, Quick Quack won out because they are open on Sundays. Tag n go has had the same problem with other customers about not taking responsibility for the damage they have done to vehicles. ​
