I come to this location almost every week. I have never met one of the employees who were not friendly. The only complaint my daughter has is they need more colors in the soap lol she always gets excited to see the soap colors. We did not have a good experience at this Tag N Go location. The car wash tunnel broke our tire and the employees were not apologetic at all. They just pointed to the sign that says they aren't liable for damages and left the tire rims and parts in the tunnel. We thought at least we'd get an apology or a free pass for next time. But we won't be returning. read more

I've never been to a car wash that left my car looking worse than when I drove in. The brushes missed large parts of the car like they're worn out and just don't touch the car. The spot free rinse was just that. All the sports it left were free! It took me half an hour to scrub them and apply armor all and they still arent all gone. I wish I'd taken pictures but I'm not going back again for more. read more

As I arrived in Cedar after a long 7 hour drive thru peak spring bug season, I found this gem of a car wash. Price was fair and two guys sprayed and pre-scrubbed my grill and windshield. The Wash itself did a fabulous job of getting my car squeaky clean. I didn't mind doing the rest myself. They provide towels, spray, air compressor etc. The vacuum was meh but everything else was so perfect I didn't mind. Plus...bonus!! I got out of my car and moved around, something we all need more of :) Compared to car washes in Ca this place was five stars. Not only would the towels and windows spray get stolen before a customer could use them but you would never get handed a fresh fragrant towel to wipe down the inside of your car. Be grateful people, there's way worse in the world! read more

3,000 damage to my husband's car and now they are refusing to pay. The incident is in video and you can see exactly what happened. For all of you that have a membership there, look out, it's only a matter of time before it happens to your vehicle. The lady in charge of claims is a real piece of work, if you know what I mean. Good luck. The claims lady, Jenny was extremely rude and said it was our fault and they won't pay for the damages. Just read some of the other reviews, it's not just one incident. Quinn, the owner has reached out with an apology, nothing else. After all of this BS, our insurance company is going after them and suing for damages. We have heard of other vehicles being damaged and nothing was done. This is a warning, Tagg N Go is a very Shady company! You can't find a corporate office or phone number. I have been a multi-car member of this business since it's inception in Cedar City. People don't wash their cars in the driveway like they used to back in my day. I'm too old to do the car washes with the sprayers (do-it-yourself) and bays. What is the most outstanding thing that this company has done is constant improvements. Adding towels, better nozzels on the vacuums, and recently multi-surface spray for cleaning. Again, another thing that I don't want to think about anymore, is bringing this stuff with me. I also just want to say that I have time to do my homework on spending money on auto-withdrawal payment type of transactions. I went to the other car wash out here (Quack Quack) whatever, and it wasn't a good experience at all, before really making up my mind. Because it is a fairly new business, (a couple of years or so) TaggNGo's business experience for me has been overall really good (and I have been told, I'm a pretty mean and critical person). Nobody wants to pay for anything that is "s*#$ anymore. (Sorry, I don't) The staff at the one on Main St. are my favorite. I went there recently and accidently locked myself (more importantly, my cell phone) in the truck. The person on staff was more than nice by telling me "that it happens all the time", and let me use her phone, in other words, she was amazing. My overly lengthy review is really about how some companies care about your experience, most don't nowadays. I also should add that I take full advantage of their (run it through until you are satisfied) policy. I like to keep my vehicles clean and use my Ultimate premium plan (whatever) a lot. I bought a membership today to have the convenience to wash my car after every snow day to avoid the road salt damaging my car all winter long. I regretted it immediately. I pulled up to the bay where I was receiving directions by a girl to line up my tires, she Kept telling me to go, go, go no direction left or right just to go forward until I hit the rail. After I pulled out I checked the rim and sure enough I have a scratch / dent on my rim. I proceeded to dry the excess water only to see the back of my car was not washed. I did notice both of the attendants where doing sloppy work with the backs of cars but since my car wasn't as dirty I didn't think mine was going to be a challenge for them and the car wash to clean, I was wrong. I walked in the office canceled the membership and just paid for the crappy car wash I got today. So to sum it up, I paid for a crappy car wash and got my rim damage because of a careless employee and I had to go to another car wash in town to have my car washed properly. I've been using the Tag N Go locations in Cedar and sometimes St George for three years. We have a three year old car that's been washed twice a month almost exclusively at the main st location. Particularly in the winter we have made it a priority to keep it clean. I bought a new vehicle in June 22 and have been taking it to Tag N Go probably 3 times a month since then. It's winter now and I've been there at least that often, maybe more. I've noticed that my new truck is accumulating scratches very rapidly on both the paint and the black plastic fender flares. I also notice that I can't hear the underbody wash happening and there are areas underneath such as the ends of my rear axle that aren't even wet afterwards. I've started using the garden hose to rinse the underside because I don't think the car wash is sufficient. I've been paying more attention now to our car that has had three years of washes now and it's clear coat is scratched up really bad. That has led me to look around town at other car washes and to read up a little about the brushes they use. Tag N Go uses cloth. There is such a thing as foam brushes, which seem like they hold less dirt. In short I love the convenience, but come spring both of our cars are getting polished and hand waxed and I'm going to reassess how we care for them. We are not rich. These vehicles have to last a decade and it's disheartening to have this kind of damage after using the big, modern car wash in town that should be maintained in such a way not to damage our paint. read more

Beware will take clear coat off your vehicle and destroy your clear coat. The wash Did $1200 damage to brand new truck which they did nothing to fix but send us to thier ghetto rude professional out of a storage shed in St. George. Took time off twice to take truck for them to try to buff the scratches out and the guy made excuses both times and was rude. They don't fix anything just told me the car wash is like a face wash that without monthly waxes it will take off the top layer. Well good to know now that my truck is damaged! We were in Cedar and stopped here to get a car wash. We got the basic wash and our car came out super clean. I really liked the fact that two workers cleaned the front and back of the car with soap and scrubbers before the car went thru the wash. I also liked the free vacuums and towels to help get the car completely clean. I wish they had one of these near where I live! read more

Amazing experience for me and my car plus my passenger. First time there, I was intimidated and asked for help at the pay/choice stage. After that, I pulled up and wasn't quite sure what to do but followed hand signals by the two attendants who doused me with joy. Then, its like a theme park ride after that. Fascinating to watch from the inside out and to see a very clean car. But wait, there's more. You can pull into a vacuum, air and wipe-clean station, spend all the time you want grooming your car and then leave in a very satisfied state. This place speaks "car wash fluently". True they'll wash your car, but the behind the scenes is much more telling. I showed up at 8:45pm, they let me through without a word. Then as I pulled all my stuff out of my car, they shut the vacuums off on me so I had to just gather it up and leave. No warning, no "we're sorry". Then I caller Jorge Benavidez, their account manager, asking for options to wash multiple cars a month for a business. He just gave me the options everyone else gets, no special packages or any sincerity or desire to earn my business, which is fine. the thing that was wrong was when I asked why I can't use an unlimited, he said it's the same reason they don't let families share passes is because then they wouldn't make more money. That just bothered me deeply to hear that line come from a business! It's not always about making tons of money, especially in a more poor demographic area like Cedar City/southern Utah. read more

Went today like I have done many times to wash my truck and was informed that I could no longer wash my truck because I have a fuel tank and auxiliary pump in the bed. The truck directly in front of me was allowed to pass through with no issues. The was no real explanation provided other than it might damage my truck... Never has in the past. There is no warning signs warning that you will not receive service and I was not notified until I made payment and was entering the wash which, meant I had to back out of the wash and so did the people in line behind me. Needless to say I will not bring any of my other vehicles to Tag and Go in the future. Truck owners be aware. read more

This is the 3rd time I've had my car washed here. The first 2 times my front license plate came out curled way up on both sides. I usually take my car up the street to raindance but when my husband takes it he takes it here. This last time, the car wash ripped the front bottom grill clean off. I have no idea what is going on at this car wash but I'm over it. So unless you're looking for some over priced bootleg drive thru car wash that rips stuff off your car, then stay far away from tagg n go! I'd suggest going up the street to raindance, they are a lot more gentle on your car. read more

I have a membership on my personal vehicle that I use weekly. Their car wash is convenient and gets your car clean. My problem is with the rain guarantee. I purchased a single wash for a vehicle that is not driven much. I used the vehicle for a quick trip to SLC and experienced rain the whole day. Returned to tag n go the next morning to re wash within their 48 hr rain guarantee and was told it didn't rain in Cedar City so the guarantee was invalid. What a stupid policy.... Beware! read more

I was told today that my car was too dirty and that I could go to Mr. Bubbles, another car wash in town, and spray my car off and then come back and then they would wash my car. I have always had good experiences when I take my car to Tag N Go. I used to go to the Tag N Go on 3072 E 750 N, St. George and everyone there was super friendly and did an awesome job. I moved 6 months ago to another part of town and started going to the Tag N Go on 1506 S River Rd, St. George, UT. The kids that work at this Tag N Go are rude, always seem to be on their phones, goofing around and do a horrible job. This place needs better management and new workers that actually want to work. read more

I was super excited when this new car wash started construction, it seems to be the newest and latest technology, the vehicle really does come out clean including wheels and tires. I put my new F-150 through it 3 times within a few weeks, my vehicles are always clean and waxed. I am one of those guys that is a bit overboard when it comes to my toys. Today I did a quick wax job and starting to notice multiple scratches on the hood, roof and slightly on the sides. There is no other way I have gotten these scratches other than the car wash, my vehicles are always garaged and very low mileage. I would have noticed these scratches two weeks ago when I waxed it. A great car wash BUT be prepared for possible scratches, if you are not concerned and have a car several years old this car wash is for you. If you hate seeing damage to your paint job stay away. I am dissapointed, I really wanted this car wash to work for me. read more
