We have a pass at tag n go with one vehicle and one with Quick Quack with another. Here are the pros, cons and comparisons. Pros: The hours are great! Cons: They don't have the amenities that tag n go has, mat cleaner, windo cleaner spray... and their towels are ALWAYS out. I didn't even know what the towel holders were for until I went to another location. We actually stopped going to quick quack for about 3 years because their machines ripped out the antanna of my car and instead of paying the $25 to replace it and make it right, they told us it wasn't their machine's fault, but when I had to have a car wash on Sunday mornings, Quick Quack won out because they are open on Sundays. Tag n go has had the same problem with other customers about not taking responsibility for the damage they have done to vehicles. ​ read more

Came to this location after using tagg n go located on the other side of the freeway. Just because its was closer while coming back from a road trip. My hubby liked the tag and go better, since we had a lot of dead bugs on the wind shield this place didn't really scrub them off. Tagg and go did, 2 people sprayed and scrubbed our car just before washing/and the vacuums and air spray are not strong enough here. That was our experience. read more

We were in desperate need of a car wash one gas station recommended one place but we're closed on Sundays so I looked up car washes on YELP and drove right over. We were immediately greeted by a young man who was more than friendly! He was professional and was smiling throughout the "check in process". He offered the membership but told him we were from out of state and then wished us, "safe travels". The young lady at the entrance of the wash greeted us with a warm and genuine smile! If we lived in the area, we'd most certainly be a member! The car wash itself did an excellent job getting ALL THE DIRT AND GRIME off our car which made it even better. read more

Their car wash left a giant scratch down the length of my mirror. But because my car is older than five years they refused to do anything about it. However, I was told by an employee that if it was obvious the damage was caused by their car wash, it would still be covered. Their cameras should have clearly shown my car entering with no scratch on the mirror, additionally, when the wash left the scratch on my mirror, it also folded it in, which the cameras woild have also show. I find the lack of responsibility here astounding. I will NEVER be coming back. If you value your car, don't come here. read more

After two years of taking our three vehicles to Tagg N Go, I decided to give this business a try. The marketing pitch is a little much. No automatic point of sale system. You have to endure their pitch, trying to sell a monthly pass. Maybe I should try it once before I do that, ya think? Then you hand over your credit card. No receipt. No idea what was actually run on the card. Have to check that later. The cheap $8 wash actually works pretty well. As I passed through the wash I was thinking this system seems very aggressive. Probably harder on the paint than Tagg N Go. The only reason I'm wasting my time writing this review is due to the damage to my front license plate. See picture below. After it happened I approached the young kid working that day and I first told him I didn't expect him to fix it, but I wanted him to know. His response was that it happens to every license plate that isn't screwed down with four screws. All of our cars have two screws on the front and rear plates. Tagg N Go doesn't do that. And if you do a little research into automatic car washes you'll find this kind of thing is avoidable with programming and manual adjustments that can be made by the attendant. Police cars, off road lighting and brush guards, etc. There really isn't any excuse for it. Their setup is too aggressive. Typical Cedar City business. A couple of kids running it with no decision maker in sight. It's everyone else's responsibility and nothing will be done to make things right. But it's ok because they're all good kids doing God's work, right? Well, maybe if they recognize you from church. Back to Tagg N Go. Too bad. I wanted to like it. All I really wanted was for someone to acknowledge there is a problem and they ought to fix it. Good luck! read more

If you like your car and don't want it scratched all over and washed with dirty, stinky recycled water, do NOT come to this car wash, esp the one in Hurricane. I went through this wash and came out with scratches on both sides of my vehicle. The manager was slow to respond and denied that his wash could have done this. However the scratches on my vehicle were at the exact level of the brushes. Corporate customer service provide by Kimmie B. Was extremely unprofessional and she was rude. At this time I am being forced to dispute the charge for the wash with my credit card company. So in addition to scratches on my vehicle from their wash, they have never made any attempt to take responsibility for the damages and continued to charge my card. See attached pictures and video. The business owners review further solidifies the lack of responsibility for damages, as in other customers one star reviews. The damage was to both sides of the vehicle and was from this car wash. The video does Not lie, nor do the pictures. From the sounds of the video you do not maintain our wash, nor do you inform your customers that their vehicles are being washed with dirty, stinky recycled water. Furthermore, my insurance verified the circular scratches in addition to the white markings are consistent with your car wash and would have been impossible to duplicate in the exact same locations on both sides of the vehicle. A claim is in the process of being filed against your wash for damages to my vehicle. And ... btw you need to remove your satisfaction guarantee, bc from other one star review you clearly don't understand the meaning. Your complaints with the BBB say it all! read more

I think it is one of the better car washes in town but PLEASE let me come and get a car wash without the BS sales pitch on buying a package, can you understand and respect the fact I just want a wash? Tagg and Go seems to be more aggressive and possibly scratching the paint and no sales pressure. Why is it that I never get a receipt and why do you always log my license plate in your system? After my UNDAMAGED, no chips, no cracks windshield was busted from top to bottom in this car wash I reached out to customer service so many times I lost count, along with showing up at the physical location to speak with someone and made no progress. Once my reviews were posted online Daniel reached out to me and said Jason Clark is no longer employed here and he (Daniel) was unaware of my incident and that he would follow up with me after reviewing it. He followed up with me on the exact 2 week mark of my incident and his "resolution" was that there is no resolution and because the damage done to my windshield was a vertical crack it specifically is not covered by them. He proceeded to blame the vehicle for the crack and emphasized that "we do not know if the vehicle had a malfunction of its own in the body that would have caused the crack to form" the fact that this man did not even want to see the damage in person to rule out any "malfunction" of my vehicle says it all. There was no existing damage to my windshield at all, no cracks, no chips, and still he will proceed to claim that that is the "only" way that it could have possibly broken inside the car wash. Daniel also claims an email was sent to me on the day of my incident, there was not. Daniel also offered to resend said email to me after deeming no resolution, to which he still did not send. This email was supposed to lay out specifics about their policy referencing "vertical cracks" aside from their lack of accountability in this instance they seem to lack common knowledge on how to send an email, contact a customer in their guaranteed 3 day window as well. There is no excuse for such a horrible experience. The customer service for this place is awful! Don't waste your loyalty on such a horrible business! read more

The employees gave us very quick, courteous service when we found that we had a puncture in one of our car tires from the tire scrubbing machinery as we tried to exit the facility. We had not been to a carwash with that feature before, and were unaware of the correct exiting procedure. The employees quickly changed to the spare, and sent us to a nearby tire shop where the the Quick Quack manager Mr. Taylor Fife agreed to cover the entire cost of replacing the damaged tire. probably the worst car wash i've been to. took 5 minutes for anyone to come up to my car. the staff seemed "off", just acted strange and I felt very uneasy even being there. the most expensive car wash did not even remotely clean my car's exterior. they try to sell you a monthly pass immediately, making it seem like a one time car wash is not an option. definitely prefer Tagg N Go read more
