The problem was there was only one worker trying to work on all the vehicles. After waiting an hour and a half for my car to be ready. I inspected it and noticed several exterior and interior spots that were not cleaned. The manager came over after I tipped the guy $20 and told me if I wanted it clean better. I'd have to pay more granted my SUV only has 3000 miles. I keep a very tidy interior no clutter no junk. It was just time for it to be wiped down and apparently that was too hard for them to do.
