Went in today about 12:30. A lot of cars ahead of me. I didn't mind waiting as I had nowhere to be. They cleaned outside and inside. Also, removing my weather tech mats and cleaning them too. However, my rear mat got accidentally placed in another vehicle very similar to mine. It was an honest mistake by the them. They apologized over and over and I kept assuring them that I understand it was a mistake. They did not hesitate to take blame and even offered to replace my mat which they did not have to do. My family and I will continue doing business with them as they have always do a great job and the customer service is top notch. Keep up the good work guys and gals read more

My mom was looking for an affordable hand car wash so I went on the hunt. I located this place for her and she was satisfied with the car wash they did on her truck. The next time she went, I tagged along. We decided to go closer to the time they were closing on a Sunday. It wasn't as crowded, which was great. She got a basic wash. I like the way they really take their time washing and drying the vehicles. That particular day, it seemed like they were washing all SUVs and trucks. When I tell you, every vehicle sparkled when they finished...they really do great work cleaning vehicles, inside and out. I was so impressed that I wanted to get in my car and bring it over. Overall my truck looks better than it did before. My rims are halfway clean, running boards still dirty, smear marks over all the chrome, mirrors have water spots an backside of mirrors still dirty, can see smear marks on interior chrome pieces. Not a terrible wash but more attention to detail is definitely needed. Would only come back if I couldn't go anywhere else or clean truck myself. After forgetting to put my mats back in, This time my cup holders didn't even get a pass? I just spent 30 minutes cleaning the inside of my car after bringing my car here yesterday. First, I had to drive it back around because they didn't lift the mats when they vacuumed so the carpet was still dirty. Then I had to bring it back because I realized after I drove off that the dashboard, steering wheel, and console hadn't been touched. They half-cleaned the dashboard and steering wheel and didn't touch the middle console at all. So, I decided to give this car wash a try this past weekend based on a friend who's been a couple of times and asked me to join this time. If you want to refrain from reading details, I'll start by saying, YES, I'd return. Now for the details, keep reading: As we pulled up, an attendant met us at our car window to inquire about what services we wanted...pretty straight to the point. After getting out of the car, we entered the indoor waiting area, where there is a sign that says, "Please pay first", so we did. The total for indoor/outdoor ($20) and a deeper wipe down($10) was $30..pretty similar pricing to other hand car washes nearby. Inside there were both snacks and drinks for sale (I didn't by any, but at first glance they all seemed fairly priced)...there was also FREE popcorn. The inside staff was super nice..she told me a little more about their rewards program, so I signed up on the ipad. The waiting area was clean, well-kept, and they had a movie on...though I brought my computer and some work along (there is free wifi). There is also a nice sized rug and a couple of toddler toys to entertain little ones..how thoughtful! After waiting for about 1 1/2 hours, our cars were ready...Not bad as I was prepared to wait. I was thoroughly impressed with the service...the lack of a star is only because I found 1 or 2 spots that were missed..but none big enough to make a huge deal. read more

Paid $80 for a detail which included a surcharge for bugs on my windshield and front bumper. I still had to point out bugs that were quite obvious. Additionally, the degree of water spots caused by their cleaning supplies and water was unreal. I had to point those out as well. I left very dissatisfied, and I won't be returning. read more

Decided to give this place a try after driving by it so many times on the way home. Came in for a basic wash ($55), friendly staff, took about 1 hour and 30 minutes to finish the whole car. After it was done I went out to take a look before paying, I saw they missed some spots but didn't have a problem going back and cleaning it. Naomi was the person who helped me and she was amazing. I went to this place on a whim and brought in my truck. I noticed the washing attendant attempting to clay a small portion of my drivers side door and didn't think much of it. I'm aware that my paint needs a good buffing and I figured he was trying to upsell a service. I saw him grab a manager and showed him probably to later show me. When they finished I wish I had really gone over it, by the time I got home and looked at that door it had scratches galore. I'm guessing the guy either used really contaminated clay or zero lubricant. Luckily I was able to get out about 70% with a hand polish but I know I'm gonna have to do a full paint correction soon thanks to these yo-yos. I wouldn't recommend these ppl unless you want your vehicle to be scratched up. read more

This is by far the best car wash place I have been to in all places I have ever been to. The amount of detail the workers put into the vehicle makes you feel like it's their own vehicle. I've literally come to this car wash for years. I was in the area a few years ago and had my car washed here. I was so impressed that I've been driving from Meyerland to get my car washed here. This visit today will definitely be my last car wash at splash splash. They do get busy on the weekends but work to get you in and out as quickly as possible with great service. All the employees are very nice and my baby comes out looking sparkling gorgeous after her much needed bath! Bonus - I also thought I had lost a ring for weeks and they found it in the car during the cleaning - that honesty is not something you find easily and it was great to feel so affirmed in my selection of this business. I have been a client of Spot On for some years now. I am very pleased with the way they take care of my vehicles. I have never had to worry about theft or scratches or ad service from this business. The employees (shout out to Anny (Linda) ) are all very respectful and kind. I have to wait a little sometimes because of the number of vehicles they hand clean daily but I can say that my waiting is never in vain. I believe in car care and not just car washing my vehicles. I've been coming here for years. Never had any issues. Always friendly service when you pull up to the wash bay. I recommended the place to my girlfriend and she went there and was met with a rude employee. She asked about the services they provide and the employee was answering in a rude tone of voice, like she didn't want to be there. I did not recognize anyone in the office so I assume it's under new management. We left the car there and came to pick it up. The outside of the car was good but the inside not so much. Floor mats were still dirty and minimal effort into wiping the dash down. Once again the employee had a rude attitude when we went inside to get the keys, as if she were saying finally y'all are here, Leave now because it was 5:30. Even though their business hour sign says they close at 6pm. Horrible customer service, I'll never be coming back here and wouldn't recommend it if you like friendly service. read more

I asked the price for a complete detail in an out and the guy said $200. My Lexus dealership only charges $169 for that service and has done a great job in the past. I let him know the outside detail is more important so we agree to $100 for a hand wax, vacuum inside and wipe down, and trim service. He said it wouldn't take long since there was only one other car in front of me, but I leave my car there anyways to run other errands. Please tell me why the door handle to my trunk was totally missed and still had dirt, the back side of my SUV was not clean, and the wipe down inside was sub par. It was a hot day so I did a quick walk around my car, paid, and left. When I got home and open my trunk, you can see the bad job missed there and really everything was a miss. I would not come back. There prices should be entry level since that is the kind of job they do. read more

Texas Splish Splash lived up to the hype and left me a pretty happy customer. I brought my car in for the first time for a hand wash and vacuum job. I was fearful that it would take all afternoon (like some of the others down the street...ahem) but they turned it around in about 35 minutes time. They seemed a little apologetic that it would take that long, but frankly I was pleased that it wasn't going to take 3 hours. They have a really nice inside area that has wi-fi, a computer for people without their own laptop to use, TV, lots of snacks, and plenty of seating for people who are waiting. I really appreciate that not only were the prices lower than some of the competition, they let you order things a la carte so if you aren't ready to drop 120 bucks on a full blown detail job, you can just ask for specific things (rain x treatment, vacuum, air freshener, different types of wax, etc.). The only thing that I didn't love about it was that the cashier inside can't (or won't?) run your credit card over the price so you can add tip for the guys doing the work. Most of us don't walk around with a handful of cash anymore and it would be excellent if we could just say "add $10 to that for the tip!" and be on our way. Because of that, I bashfully walked away without being able to tip. So if you're out there and listening, you should add that...it's easier for your customers and better for your staff! This place is pretty great and runs good coupons if you do a little searching online and they even have days of the week where service is cheaper so you might call ahead and inquire about that too. Either way, you won't be disappointed if you choose them to clean up your ride. read more

Since my first review I have been back multiple times and I have to say they do a GREAT job. I haven't done the $45 package again but for $30, I can get a quality wash, vac, and inside wipe down. I'm also impressed by how they are about to move cars through considering it's a hand wash service - I see why it stays packed! Definitely worth it for me. read more

This is probably the best place to wash your car in Pearland. A little far from the Shadow Creek Ranch area, it's still worth going over going to Houston. If you get there early, it goes by pretty quickly, they have two lanes going into the washing area. it's all hand wash so nothing to ruin your paint job! They use micro fiber sponges! Also, the price is great only $18 for a regular car. I've also been contemplating their monthly club for $49 (unlimited washes). In addition, they have daily specials, i'm looking forward to get my car waxed on Wednesday when all waxes are 50%off. New to the area decide to give this place a try. Never again! Paid 80 bucks for a crash wash, leather, and interior. Didn't know I had to pay for cleaning the windows too. The front wind shield was left just like I brought it. You can see the marks from the suction cup of phone holder. When I received the car the rear view window was all messed up and a medallion that was given to me by my son was missing along with an angel pin given to me by the mother. When I called to reported the manager on duty did not seem to care or too concern over it. Told me to drive back the next day. Never again will I bring my car here. read more

The staff is friendly. They gave us a discount for having all 4 mats cleaned, instead of just 2. I didn't realize it till later, but it turns out that they didn't clean the back 2 mats like they said they would. And they will throw away everything in your cupholders or anything they may assume is trash... LAME. There were a lot of cars there, so it took over 45 minutes to get my car cleaned.
