My first interaction with this business was with the owner Chris. He was very easy to work with and I had to have other work done while at his campground. When I asked the price, he told me that if i bought a package for washing, waxing, cleaning my top and applying protectant, cleaning my rubber on my wheels and conditioning my rims and allowing me to stay 3 nights he'd give me a package deal. It was very reasonable. So I arrived on the 9th of May 2022 and picked a spot. They do need to give some attention to the sites given some are on a slope but there were many other spots that were fine. So I connected up and dealt with Colton the manager of the business. After allowing my work to be done by Freedom mobile They pulled my coach in on the 11th for detailing. Colton was great to deal with and he had many hands helping. Some were experienced some not so much but Colton took personal ownership in making sure washing, waxing and all the other work was done to his satisfaction. They used good quality wax and given the day started out around 78 degrees and hit 92 by 1p, His team persevered. They were very polite and great to talk with. I left for a bit and came back to find them hand applying wax to the entire coach. I have a Tiffin Allegro bus 40 foot long. They even cleaned and waxed the windows to help with rain. I could not be any happier with the work and the job. So at around 6p I see one of the workers coming over to my coach after I pulled it to a site for the night and he said he had to finish cleaning the rims. I thought they looked fine but he said its part of the package and was here to finish the job. Wow! My experience was 5 star. I thank Colton and team for all the hard work on such a hot day. Sabrina and her team are phenomenal and very customer focused. We stayed here for a few nights as it's directly across from Tiffin service area. Its reasonably priced but Not a campground. It does have full hookups and you're here for service primarily so go with it. They detailed the outside of our RV in about 4 hours. It's looks brand new like glass. These ladies did this entirely by hand from the roof on down. If you're in the area let me clean your RV you won't be disappointed. read more

Not so happy the last two times we used this service. We got a really lousy job this last time. They took forever washing and waxing our coach. Well, by the time they wasted most of our day in a disorganized mess, we were late leaving Red Bay. When we got to our destination, we walked around and began to see everywhere they hit & missed. You ask why we didn't say something to the guys? My husband tried. They would just go back to goofing off and hiding. Over it. Just over it. That's a lot of money to pay when temporary employees don't care about the quality of their work. The owner was gone, as he was the last time we were there....so nobody to complain to. read more

This was our second trip to the Allegro Service Center and decided to try the Detail Depot. I had them bathe my little dog under 25#. Specifically I wanted her brushed out really well after her bath. She came back very damp and not brushed out very well. We haven't tried any of the other services but the owner is onto a great idea!!! One stop and you can get everything you need done less than 5mins from the Center. Many other owners have said good things about his RV wash, detail so we will try that too at some point. read more

This place needs to be shut down for calling themselves a dog groomer. I made an appointment for my two Schnauzers, talked to the owner who claims he's better than a dog groomer because he's a barber. Also said he couldn't find a good groomer in the area for his own dog so he went to school to do both. We were in Red Bay getting some warranty work done across the street so I decided to go ahead and get the dogs groomed also. BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART!!! (Don't want anyone else's dog cut or scared as bad as ours was is the reason I'm writing this review). The other part that made me soooo mad was when I called 2 times to check on them I was told they are doing wonderful. They looked terrible and weren't even close to being groomed properly. I don't know if I'll ever get the matted tangles out. I was so upset I had to make my husband go pay the bill, which I should not of even been charged for but it was combined with an RV wash. I was also told a vet came by and looked at Zoeys cut and said it would be fine!! Well B.S. a week later I'm at a real Vet and she has an inner ear infection from not being groomed properly and yes even tho we took care of her cut it still got infected, so she got an antibiotic shot and some medicated salve & antibiotics for her ear. Nice vet in town that is very reasonable!! 1 star is 10 too many !!! Don't forget to look at my pictures and a copy of my vet bill!! read more

Was at Tiffin getting some repairs done. Decided to get a complete wash and wax including roof. After getting back to my camp site across the street I walked around the coach and found a rea where they didn't completely remove the wax completely. On the front end there apeared to be like rain drip lines and Chris said it was from parking at the Tiffin camping ground from the dust. But I looked at this right after I parked the coach and saw these marks and bugs that they missed. But it was late Saturday afternoon and I decided I would talk to him Monday morning, but Tiffin was able to get us in monday morning for Express repair so I didn't get over until Monday afternoon. Chris suggestions was that I spend more money and he could resolve any problems. Needless to say I will not ever spend a penny there again. They may do it all business but they don't do any very well. read more

And then talk to someone else about detailing. Oh and an employee problem. Then he cut the pad on her foot which was bleeding when he brought her to me while I waited in the office.
