I was really excited for Shine time to update their wash here in Tupelo Mississippi and that they offer the graph x now. I purchased full membership for both vehicles. Each time I leave they're still soap on my vehicles. They said give them time they're working out the kinks. I understand that. This time the bed of my truck was deep and soap and dripping out. They asked me to back up into a spot and they would wash it out. I was waiting and watching the guy directing me in and he didn't say stop until I heard crunch. I now have a broken tail light that they tell me is my responsibility. Corporate also says it is my responsibility so I will be canceling my memberships at shine Time. They attendants are great. Stopped here after driving nearly three days from California. We rolled in after 5pm and this was one of the few car washes open after 5. When you pull up there is an attendant who pushes the buttons to choose which wash you want, then you drive through. There were six different levels of washes you can choose from- we chose level two, wheels and lava for $14. Our truck is large and there was plenty of clearance and it did a good job,only missed a few bugs on the front grill, but for $14 it was a bargain! Once you exit the car wash they have dry towels so you can finish drying the exterior (which ours was mostly dry) and then we wiped down the inside. They also had vacuums which I believe were free and a machine to clean your mats. Not a full service car wash like we are used to in California, but even better for the price, friendly service with a smile and free waters while you are drying/wiping down your vehicle! I've canceled my membership due to serious concerns about the condition and maintenance of the equipment at this carwash, which I believe caused damage to my vehicle. A friend also experienced significant damage to their truck here 1-2 weeks ago. In both cases, the business refused to take responsibility. Also, my friend was told by this business that they had another lady who also reported damage to her car about the same time he reported his damage, and unfortunately for her, she had major damage to a super nice car. I'm disappointed by the lack of accountability and will be sharing my experience with others, filing a complaint with the BBB, and submitting a claim to the Attorney General's Office. Thankfully, there is another competing carwash next door to their North Gloster, Tupelo location that my family and I can trust with our business moving forward. It is brand new business and has better state of the art equipment. No more worries with super short vacuum hoses and damage done to our vehicles. read more

Shine Time Car Wash has such a great deal in Tupelo, to keep your investment clean. They offer a great value of a deal. I pay one low price per month & wash my car there every week, often multiple times per week. The staff are so kind & friendly! Perhaps this is because I "see" each person for whom they are; individuals deserving to be seen. Please, see the people in your lives. read more
