Communication was great the whole way through. He kept me updated, explained the process, and never rushed anything. They stayed late to finish the car and still delivered quality. Even the touch-up spots came out clean, and he let me know what they could and couldn't safely correct on the hood. Super honest, no BS. They also said they'll check in again in a few months for a maintenance wash, which just shows they stand behind their work. If you care about your car and want it done right, this is the place. Kyle arrived around 10 a.m. the day after Thanksgiving, and after I handed him the keys, we had a friendly chat about cars and trucks.
