Cool Auto had great reviews and many of them were personally answered by their owner, Cassandra. When I called for more information, sure enough, Cassandra answered the phone and took the time to explain all my options and invited me to see their shop at any time. I found her prices were fair and her shop was full of beautifully detailed cars and professional folks when I visited. I booked an appointment immediately. Over the years, Cassandra and her crew have expanded their offerings, now installing PPF and window tint to go along with their expert paint correction, detailing, and ceramic applications. Over the years, they have handled paint chips, door scratches, water spots and maintained my car's finish perfectly. Their prices are fair and they get the job done right, every time. It's rare these days, but after three years visiting her shop, I trust and believe it when they say they care about their customers' cars and happiness. I was up the street looking for a tire shop open on a Sunday and the algorithim populated this solution. I called to see if they would be able to see me and fit me in that day. Oscar at the front inspected my tire and did a whole vehicle inspection, handed the vehicle over to Mauricio who was able to find a nail and patch the tire for free! Not only did the guys fix the tire but they also gave me some solid avice about the safety of the vehicle and future maintenance. I am shell shocked, as a new resident here in Tucson, because just a general inspection in California usually costs about $25. The fact that these guys were able to inspect, discover the issue and fix the issue of a patching the tire for free was a godsend! Thank you guys! I was able to get it clean and then when mounting it, it didn't work. After further investigation to get it to work, I realized it was the passenger side flipped around. In summary, do not trust these guys. The cost to return it will be more than the time and money to do so. Which means I'm out $40 due to these guys being scammers.
