My car needed some parts replaced after someone stole it and took it for a joy ride. I was a little nervous because I hadn't gotten any body work done in Syracuse yet, but Rob was super helpful and and kind -showing me exactly which parts needed replacing and making sure that the replacement parts he got for the job were the best price and quality. I was impressed with how quickly he and his team were able to get everything fixed. Unfortunately, about 48 hours after I got my car back, someone tried to break into it again and tore off the driver's door handle. Rob was able to take a look at it right away and ended up replacing it free of charge! I'm very very thankful for Rob's kindness and generosity, and I'll definitely be taking my car back here in the event it needs work in the future. read more

Canetta's is a family-owned business with excellent service/repair at a reasonable cost, they even washed my wife's 2022 Honda Civic Touring as part of their service. When I need routine maintenance definitely plan on getting the work done at Canetta's Collision. Scheduling an appointment was no problem and convenient. Since Canetta's is a small business you must arrange your own transportation to and from. My wife's Civic was in a parking lot hit-and-run. Northside Collision wanted to remove the front bumper to repaint it and charge $1,151 for minor paint scuffs and abrasion. I did not need to file an insurance claim when Robert Canetta said he could fix the bumper for less than $150. The Civic looks brand new and not able to notice any damage. Very satisfied. I had the pleasure of working last week with Rob and Justin and I want to start by reviewing their level of professionalism. The both of them were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They took a lot of time out of their busy days to assess, explain, and ultimately fix what could easily be considered a difficult issue. From the first time I called their office, I was able to speak directly with Rob who was very up front with me. This is uncommon in many shops in my experience, and I felt extremely valued as a customer. Every time I called the shop, I was greeted warmly and my call was answered quickly, no "we'll call you back later" or "he's too busy right now." Rob knows that I have a busy work schedule and have difficulty getting around without my car, so he was nice enough to give me a loaner car, even during a period where he was merely providing an estimate. Just to be comprehensive, the loaner car was newer, clean, and ran well. Ultimately, I had body work done by Canetta's and the results speak for themselves. They were able to restore my bumper, and do so in a timely fashion. During the work period, Rob and Justin physically showed me which parts were damaged and how they would need to be restored in order to achieve excellent results. I also had the opportunity to see their work space which is very nice. They have dedicated paint areas which are exactly what you would expect to see in a highly professional body shop environment. I trusted them with my high-end import car and I'm glad I did. Also, I had the opportunity to observe the shop work on many different customer issues, both big and small, and every customer was treated with the same high level of customer service. Took my car there to repair rust damage. They not only repaired the car to like new condition but they cleaned the entire inside of the vehicle, engine and outside. After the fact, they claimed they weren't equipped to do some of the work she brought it in for and didn't finish the work they were supposed to. As someone who takes pride in my car care taking I can highly recommend Canetta and actually already have to family, friends and coworkers. The owner actually took the time to speak with me and explain the issue I may be having so I actually understood and didn't just blindly follow what he was suggesting; which I greatly appreciated.
