This after 2 days waiting for appointment, AND 2+ hours of it sitting in their shop. Ended up having to make another appointment for Thursday. A whole week blown. (PS they have no local phone number so I couldn't call later and complain) Scrambling, I see an ad on Yelp for Speed Auto Glass, closer to home, and sent an email quote request after hours. At 9:20 that evening, I get an email back, they could do it NEXT DAY for less than "other guys". I booked it, cancelled Safelite in a hurry. Daughter again took it in, was given 1.5 hour window, it was done in 30 minutes. For WAY less than "other guys" and so far below insurance deductible. Speed Auto Glass to the rescue! I'm VERY happy! I scheduled an appointment online to tint my two front windows and had to leave a deposit to secure the appointment. That was fine because the $30 deposit was applied toward the cost of the tint work. We arrived a little early, and they were able to fit us in right away. The work was completed much faster than expected. After letting the tint cure for a week, I noticed a small issue with one of the windows. Paul told me to bring it by the shop, and he fixed it without any hassle. This is the second car I've brought to Paul and his shop in the last five years, and I'll continue coming back and recommending them to others. Came here today and left surprised and very impressed by the speed and quality of the service…read more I had a bit of an unusual request in that my car had deteriorating windshield and rear glass seals. The glass itself was intact, but the seals were going. My request was to remove the glass, strip out the old seals, and reseal the original glass back onto the car. This is a very challenging job as there is a high probability of the glass breaking when the seal is cut and the glass is lifted from the car. From my research, very few shops will even attempt to reuse old glass. I was told it was probably less than a 50% chance that the windshield would make it. Knowing that risk I asked them to go for it and returned to find the car looking better than new! Resealed with the original factory glass. Honestly, if I hadn't paid for the job myself, I wouldn't be able to tell that it had been replaced. I also appreciated that they cleaned up all of the debris from their job. I couldn't be more impressed with their work. I recommend these guys if you have a car that's important to you, high value, or complicated. They will get it done and will do it at reasonable cost.

The owner came out today and repaired the windshield on my dad's BMW, and once again, the service was excellent. The day it happened they were very accomodating - the women who work there were friendly and worked with me so I could meet the technician to see if he could patch it. The technician was friendly as well - he tried, however it was too large and I needed a full replacement. I appreciated the try, though. All-American also priced their work fairly and gave me a good price for the windshield and install. All-American recommends you let your car sit overnight after a replacement, which is fine, however I had to bring it into the shop requiring me either a) to go without a car for a day and make other arrangements or b) get a rental. The first time I went in I was able to secure a rental car. However, All-American called that afternoon saying they had ordered the wrong window and would have to reschedule. To their credit, All-American offered to take care of the rental car on my next visit. A week later, I bring my car in again and everything goes smoothly. However, later that evening, I ran my windshield wipers to notice they were completely askew. I immediately called All-American, who called me back the next morning and made arrangements with my dealership for them to fix it. Apparently the wipers were put on the wrong sides. So, to sum it up: Pros: Friendly and accomodating staff, workmanship (window install seems good), knowledge of the industry, price Cons: a few "hiccups" like ordering the wrong part and the windshield wiper mistake.
