The upholstery hadn't been cleaned in years, but he worked miracles. He has his own mobile power washer that wasn't too harsh that he used on the exterior. Even though he lives in VA, he had no issue meeting me at a public park where he wouldn't be in the hot sun, because I don't have a driveway. James has the most pleasant , patient personality ever - I had to change the date & time 4 times due to rain popping up, and he never even got irritated with me once! Serkan and Omar did a great job explaining everything and did an awesome job making my vision come to life! We started with 2 step paint correction. They did such a great job making the clear coat look really good and made my paint shine. Then I went with full front clear PPF + ceramic coat. I also had them ceramic coat the rest of the car. I went with 20% ceramic tint on the sides and rear. I went with 70% ceramic tint on the windshield. They even helped remount my dashcam with static stickers. I also had the front bumpers red lip wrapped in matte black PPF + ceramic coated. I had my headlights and the light bar tinted with stek DYNOshadow. I had the taillights tinted with stek DYNOsmoke. They also put on the smoked vinyl I got from badgeskins on the rear bumper reflectors. I had glossy pillar covers attached that I supplied and they ceramic coated them. Last, I had them hit the car with R1 Revive which is the same brand as their ceramic coating. It made the hydrophobicity like day 1 and the paint was so glossy! The car looks so good! They did such a great job! I came all the way from Baltimore to have everything done! They are so nice and knowledgeable! Their prices are great and they really hooked it up! Their shop is so clean and they have a loft with drinks, couches, tv, and PlayStation for you while you wait! I had to repost this because it was showing double posted on my app and when I deleted it, it deleted both. Oops... lol ** Update - Went back today to have my 285motorsport gloss black OEM spoiler installed as they were able to squeeze me in! They also finished some ceramic coat on the b pillars and the spoiler and fixed a tiny PPF bubble. Omar made quick work of it! They are so awesome at making your vision come to life! Highly Recommend!…read more This is the best way to begin this review. I ran an inquiry to compare car detailing services and received a few responses back from potential businesses. All were prompt with their responses and evenly priced but one stood out more than the other so, I decided to select Rick's Complete Auto Detail. We scheduled our appointment for the next day around 2pm. He (Rick) contacted me around 12:15 to let me know that his first appointment finished earlier than expected and wanted to know if he could begin earlier than originally scheduled and of course I said, "Yes" He arrived around 1:30pm, introduced himself and shared a little small talk and soon after, he began the detailing on my wife's 2010 Honda CR-V. I knew that based on the small talk and initial introductions, that I chose well. He was very personable, but remained focused on the task at hand. Cosmetically, our CR-V had stained seats, dog hair (we have 2 GSD's) and has been well acquainted with dirt and dust. So in short, it was LONG overdue for a good detailing. On his initial Yelp response he stated that his work spoke for itself; he used quality products and always executed quality work. So I figured, I'd take a chance to see if his work would back up these bold statements. Well in short, YES it did! He worked diligently and if I may add, remained flawless in the manner in which he moved about, from section to section of our vehicle. Since it was pretty hot/muggy out, I would occasionally come outside, provide him some ice water/gatorade and engage in small conversation. One of many things that I noticed, was that he never picked up his cell phone. He just remained focused on his work. Well, he finished and let me tell you... He just stood there smiling. Smiling because he just knew we were going to love the completed project and he was RIGHT! I could go on and on about his professionalism, the manner in which he remains hyper-focused on each section of the vehicle until it was completed to his satisfaction as well as the delight he has in his work but, I will just say again, I chose well.
