I've had memberships there for the last three years three cars in the last years and attempted to reach customer service trying to get a hold of somebody online or through the website sucks so bad. I tried to cancel. They still keep charging my card. Once they have your card on file, I'll charge to it. If you Go to talk to somebody at the facility They tell you to go online and talk to the customer service. You never were able to talk to anyone because you have to leave a message. No one calls you back so they refer to the website go to the website leave a message. No one responds to it. Terrible, terrible nonexistent customer service. I'd say go somewhere else, plus a car wash prices are too expensive now and they don't wash like they used to. I have to come home and sometimes wash part of my vehicles because it missed an area. They're expanding too big and don't have enough help to manage it. It's A piss poor ran business. I used the YUBA City facility. I think I'm just gonna hand wash in my 3-cars driveway and save $75 to $100 a month. For the record, I did not rate this place. Five stars. When I went to sign off, I push one star in five lit up in it won't let me reverse They masterfully controlled the settings in their favor again I would not use this place!!!! The workers are always nice & friendly. But the car wash is mediocre at best. After going thru I can still see remnants of bird poop on my hood, dirt on the trunk of car, and the final rinse is not strong enough to rinse off soap. The vacuums are too weak to pick up loose debris. Very disappointed. I've given this location many chances, But don't feel the value is worth the cost. HELLO, When you stop to use your prepaid card, if another line goes through before you, They get your prepaid wash, in my case I'm losing the TOP wash and I get the lowest (Epic) !! Something terribly wrong here!? Three times now in a row I'm paying for the TOP wash and get the lowest!! I pay for the Ceramic spray wax and NOT getting it!? Where is management?? You can not complain to local help and get anything done! The number given to me, I only get the answer machine and NO follow up call. This has been at the Marysville carwash where I live. Love this car wash! They give you dash wipes when you pay, spray your car down before entering the wash, and the dryers actually dry your car. The vacuums work great and there are plenty of stalls. Always stop here when I go through Marysville read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEES - I highly do not recommend this car wash - I don't live particularly close to this car wash but was thinking about signing up for the monthly subscription if it did a good job. When I got home to check out how it did, I noticed water spots all over my car, and bristle marks from the machine that didn't get washed off properly. Dust and grime seemed to have splattered all over my car as well. I called Surf Thru to ask about resolutions - the employee who answered was very rude, could not not care less, and said if I did not mention I was unhappy while I was there they would not allow me to have it rewashed. Called to cancel, management states the only way to cancel is by driving up to the cashier lane. It's 2023. That's the only way to do it, I ask. Reply from manager, yes. That's odd. Last week, I watched an associate wash both sides of some pickup truck. So I thought I better ask why some ppl get both sides washed. So asked, but an associate wasn't too friendly, I guess he didn't like the both sides wash question. So he radioed his manager. I told him that it's ok. u guys already held me for 10 mins. Came through to get my wash since I have the extreme wash 5 per month and noticed as I exited that the car wash says epic wash which is two car washes below the extreme. I go back around since I am sure it was accidental and the young lady says it happens sometimes. I have been coming here since it opened and it's never happened to me. I however went back through since I could tell I actually did not get the extreme since the tires weren't Even dressed. It of course said extreme. Watch as you exit if you are paying for 5 extreme washes and you are only getting epic you're not getting what you paid for. I've had a membership since shortly after the Marysville CA location opened. Initially it was great, but, just as happened with the Yuba City location, after time the quality has seriously deteriorated. The spray down before entering the wash has gone from a most-of-your- vehicle pressure wash to a few suds sprayed on the glass. Equipment is broken or inoperative and not repaired (employees have had to manually pull down one of the power brushes so it makes contact with pickup trucks for over a year, and one large side scrubber has been broken and immobile for a couple months). There is a two foot wide swath down the middle of my tailgate that isn't touched by the brushes for the last four washes, so that I have a choice of leaving it dirty or wiping it off with a damp cloth, scratching the paint. On the plus side, the vacuums and air nozzles are consistently working and strong. Not enough to keep my business, though. I'll be canceling my membership this month. read more

Their car wash caused damage to my rim. I filed a claim with their manager Gabriel. He refused to give me a copy of the claim. I was told that their corporate office would call me in 3-5 days. THAT WAS A LIE!!!! I did get a call back, but it was from the actual car wash, so I will have to assume that the claim was never actually submitted... EDIT: They told me that they could not give me a phone number to speak to someone about this. Used to be good a year or so ago but getting progressively worse. They charge for air fresheners now, even with the most expensive wash, their vacuums barely suck anymore, and they are missing air hoses and the ones that are there are missing the tips half the time which reduces their effectiveness. WORST OF ALL...since they eliminated the two people with brushes scrubbing the bugs off none of my cars come out clean and I have to wash the bugs off myself. I have been coming to the Marysville location since they opened. I loved them at first but today it's a different story. The girls at the sales window had no personality and no energy like it was a huge effort to help. As I was going through the wash I realized they didn't give me the dash wipes, plastic garbage bag or the scent sticks. I had to walk around to get them, no apology nothing. Just a comment that they were out of the dash wipes and she would have offered.....but? But what? The car wash is pretty pathetic- doesn't get any of the dried bugs off. The guys that scrub the windows barely do that. As far as the vacuums they used to be pretty powerful, now they are extremely weak. Very disappointed. Once my buy 4 get 5 washes is up I most likely won't be back. If they improve over the next couple of months I will revise. read more

I think this place is pretty great. Staff are friendly and they're pretty on top of their service. One time my car wasn't cleaned all the way when I drove thru the first time and the attendant let me go thru again, no questions asked. The majority of the vacuums work well too. I have used both the Marysville and Yuba City locations and both are terrible. EVERY time I go thru in the last year it doesn't clean the car and specially doesn't rinse the soap off. I've gone thru 2x's and it still comes out with a film on it. This week I went thru twice and there was soap bubbles and film all over the car. The young, uncommunicative, girl told me I could go thru a third time. I asked why I should expect a different outcome and was met with silence. Meanwhile other cars were lining up to go back thru. Took my car there and had my rims damaged, we submitted a claim which was denied stating they pointed out the damage prior to using the wash which is not true. We spoke with the manager and brought my car back in to see if they could replicate the issue and of course it damaged my rim again. They told me I would need to file a claim with my insurance company which is not an option according to my insurance they said the car wash is responsible as they should be. I previously loved this place. I was a customer here for the last 4 years. They lost my business today. They use a barcode system for membership which is great unless you have a ceramic film on your windshield. I had been using the sticker but not putting it on my windshield for the last 3 years with no problem. Today I was informed it was policy to stick it on my windshield. After explaining the windshield situation to Andrew the regional manager and the rest of the staff there they said I could cancel my membership or put it on. Andrew was extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. What seemed to be the location manager was a very nice girl who was trying to make the best of the situation. I like that the line of cars go in right away. I go on my lunch hour and it's quick. The staff are courteous, I never have a problem washing my car. The bays for vacuuming sometimes are strewn with mud but that's not there fault. They do clean or blow out the bays. Recommend! read more

Customer service is great a fine gentleman by the name of Jose was very helpful in signing me up for a membership and explaining to me all the plans.
