They told us it would take three hours, but called after just two saying it was ready. When she got home, we saw the car was still dirty -- the extra services weren't done, and the trunk hadn't even been touched. We called to voice our concerns, and they told us to bring the car back a few days later. We arrived early for our appointment but it was during business hours, no one was there. An hour later the owner called and said he would issue a refund. That should've been the end of it -- but instead, he called back and completely escalated the situation. He was extremely rude, started yelling at me over the phone, and accused us of trying to scam a free detail. It was shocking and unprofessional -- especially from the owner himself. Rather than take responsibility, he doubled down and made the whole experience even worse. I've never been treated so disrespectfully by any business. The lack of service was bad enough -- but being yelled at and blamed for their mistakes was absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly warn others to stay far away from this place.

I had a coffee spill in just the driver side front section and not under the seat as my car has a 2 inch ridge to catch stuff like that. The shop I took it to took 15 minutes max including check in. It was extraction and then combed through for crumbs and then washed. So of course I tipped well for the $35 cost.

The ever-so-present tunnel car wash located in Layton. Good location and the few times I have used…read morethe wash it does a good job and there is value there for the money spent. My favorite feature is the tire scrubber, it does a great job on the sidewalls of your rubber. It appears you can save pretty considerably by becoming a member but this location isn't really near my house. Vacuums are free and work well. There are multiple nozzle types available which is convenient. There is also a small blower for areas like vents and cupholders. The only drawback is the "tip shaming." When you pay you will be prompted to leave a tip while the attendant looks at you with puppy dog eyes. Nobody touches my vehicle or otherwise assists this "automatic" wash, so the tip shaming is not appropriate in my opinion. This deters me from using this wash.
