She informed me it would take approximately 6 hours to clean my car and went over any questions I had. She notified me they would call me about mid appointment to give me an exact time frame they would be done. Came in for my appointment and then 6 hours later.....guess what. My car seat looked BRAND NEW! They had cleaned beside the seat where it had dripped down (in no man land....well only a babies hand could fit to clean that) and the rest of the car was amazing! There were a few places I asked for touch ups, but otherwise they did a great job. Even when I asked for the touch ups, they did not have a problem completing those for me. I bought a Groupon and after two months of being ignored by the Detail Man, I called Groupon to get a refund. Don't waste your time. I should add that all the reviews on the Groupon are good, because the people that they never respond to (and therefore never actually use the Groupon) can't leave a review on there. You can only leave a review when you use it.

It wasn't around the corner, but it wasn't too far either. I called to make a reservation and drove over on a Saturday. I had already read through their website for the needed information, but he still reviewed the different options. He knew my vehicle was electric, so he recommended the ceramic based on the need to preserve energy (keep the car as cool as possible). Based on the information and the demonstration with the light box, I agreed. My appointment was for noon, but my first appointment finished early so I arrived at 11 am. He was able to squeeze me in.
