I mentioned the oil spill multiple times. They said they would be able to help me out and put extra attention in that area. I also mentioned that the back upholstery might need to come off to clean the part where the seats fold and that there are wires. I asked to confirm if they are comfortable with that. Replied to me with "I'm sure we can take care of it even with wires". The owner told me in person they tried to get between the seats as much as possible (didn't bother with the back upholstery of the seat). After the seat dried, my sister went on a drive with me. Her jeans had some of the oil stain transferred. I checked with a tissue paper and none of it came off. It's still greasy and smelly. Left him a message and asked if he can take a look at it again with his team, but left me on read. Edit: Of course, owner provided a reason for leaving me on read and declines second inspection. Misunderstanding could have been remediated with a quick follow up letting me know he is discussing logistics with his team and needs some time to respond. Edit: For anyone considering this business, please be aware that their Terms and Conditions include a clause requiring you to agree not to leave negative reviews if unsatisfied. This type of clause is illegal under the Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. § 45b) and is void and unenforceable. I typically get the "ultimate" which used to be like $35 and now it's $60. It gets run through the wash and they wipe it all down and then vacuum and wipe everything on the inside. It's always good enough work but sometimes I do leave extra happy with it. Went today around 1pm and I would not go when they're so busy again! I typically go during a week/work day and it's not busy. I was there for an hour and a half today. But there were a lot of cars so I knew there would be a wait when I chose to still go in. The service is always great though - everyone greets you and is friendly and even when leaving, people are always saying have a great day. Variety of seating inside and outside. They do detailing here but I have not gotten that done but you can check out all that they offer through what people have posted here or on their website.

I worked with Daniel to repair the undercarriage of my car as well as replaced the interior door panel on my driver side He was very knowledgeable, very patient with any questions I had, and was very open about my options. I never once felt like they were trying to charge me or rip me off. The clips are my undercarriage came in pretty fast however there was some trouble finding an appropriate door panel for my car. Daniel did keep me updated and communicated with me all throughout and was very transparent about any changes that need to be made. You can tell that he cared about the quality of the part that was coming in. The bottom of my car and my door is working great now. I even asked about a small paint chip and they addressed that for me. They did the least invasive option and then he said that if it's not to my liking to just give him a call and then we can discuss any further options that I may want to do. I highly highly highly recommend this place and if I ever have any issues with my car, I definitely will be coming back here. Great experience overall.
