The owner? put a trash can to block entry so he could service it just as she was pulling in. Ok....the spot next to it finally opened and the previous person had left 7 minutes of time on the washer. Well, as she pulled up he zero'd out the time from the previous car...what an AHole. He made her wait on the other side as he closed it to clean it. A free wash was in order for her. But no. If at least one person doesn't come here because of the ownership, then that's great. Don't treat people like crap! Please don't come here.

You can refund the money, but you'd have to pay for another 10 minutes to restart. I guess technically you always have to be paying though. The sink doesn't really work though, and there are no soaps and no towels. If you do need to use the restroom, there's a CVS within walking distance.

Even though I have since moved away, I still miss this car wash and have continued coming back. It really is far superior to other car washes I've visited. The value is excellent, the staff is usually friendly, they are always cleaning, and the equipment does one of the best jobs around. I had a moment where I felt disappointed, which led me to leave a more critical review at first. But after giving it some time and continuing to come back, I want to be fair and honest. Overall, this place has continued to stand out for the quality of service, cleanliness, and consistency. No business is perfect, and sometimes busy days can create off moments, but that does not take away from the fact that this is still one of the best car washes around. I have visited plenty of others, and this place is by far superior. Because of that, I am changing my opinion back and giving credit where it is due. I feel the interior is more thorough here than at Riverbend but the exterior seems to be more thorough at Riverbend. Whatever they use to make it smell inside it really strong here (much more subtle and clean smelling at Riverbend). Pricing seems comparable to Riverbend. I like this place for the location convenience but I think overall it's done better at some other hand wash places. Wait time here is always less than at Riverbend- another plus for overall convenience. Did see streaks and still remnants of bird poo stuck on car from prior to the wash left behind. But like I said, the interior felt cleaner than I usually think it is from other places. I did see an accident occur on premises while I was there. Nobody was paying attention to a car that was slowly moving by itself off the conveyor belt and it ended up crashing into the car in front of it that was being cleaned by an employee. Probably won't happen again anytime soon here since it caused a big fiasco but wouldn't hurt to keep an eye on your car while you're waiting.

He came early to deodorize, left again, came back to wash one, left again, came back to finish the interior detail. Overall he started at 8:30 am and 'finished' around 5:30. The interior detail was horrible. There was still sitting water in one of the side doors, the seats were wet, didn't clean the glove box, it doesn't look like the inside was even wiped or cleaned very well, and he was so rough he popped in my AC nozzles. He offered to come back and do it again because he wasn't happy with it, but I didn't want him to come back after this nightmare.
