Usually, the employee offers 2 dash wipes, and I noticed they have different sizes? Maybe they switched, but I hope they do their discount again. Although I don't think it would apply to me anymore since I'm not a first-time customer anymore. The steering wheel kind of moves when you first get onto the belt, and I get worried that my car wash won't be fully touchless sometimes. Last time, the brushes sort of touched the right side of my car, but they did look clean. The exit of the tunnel is kind of black, but can't be sure if it's dust or mold. The dial that changes the setting is super convenient and works well. I also love how they have a separate brush and foam cannon for the tire and wheels! This is definitely one of the most convenient ways to wash your car and I will be back the next time I need to wash my car. The foam cannon has a pre-soak soap and the main soap which allows for a more thorough wash.The pressurized water just eliminates dirt, grime and stains in the paint with ease. I wasn't able to use the vacuum while I was there so that will have to be for next time. I paid $5 for 10 minutes and I would say it is well worth the price, just make sure to utilize the time really well and keep an eye on the timer. This time the wait was reasonable and staffing levels allowed for a hand wax. I opted for the Riverbend special, an executive wash and hand wax. At $96 dollars for my car it's a reasonable price. The wash and wax took about 90 minutes. I tipped $25 to the guy who did the waxing. Car looks great, shiny and clean. Floor mats were cleaned and hit with armor all. I'll definitely return.

I've had to interact with management once and the manager here is PROFESSIONAL and very understanding. I have a membership so I come pretty often and have not had one bad experience. I come often with my kiddos and they favor this car wash in particular since they have colorful LED lights, they always say it's "their favorite rainbow car wash". I feel the interior is more thorough here than at Riverbend but the exterior seems to be more thorough at Riverbend. Whatever they use to make it smell inside it really strong here (much more subtle and clean smelling at Riverbend). Pricing seems comparable to Riverbend. I like this place for the location convenience but I think overall it's done better at some other hand wash places. Wait time here is always less than at Riverbend- another plus for overall convenience. Did see streaks and still remnants of bird poo stuck on car from prior to the wash left behind. But like I said, the interior felt cleaner than I usually think it is from other places. I did see an accident occur on premises while I was there. Nobody was paying attention to a car that was slowly moving by itself off the conveyor belt and it ended up crashing into the car in front of it that was being cleaned by an employee. Probably won't happen again anytime soon here since it caused a big fiasco but wouldn't hurt to keep an eye on your car while you're waiting.

When it had finished going through the machine it was filthy. Then the poor worker had to wipe off all the dirt with a towel by hand. There was still sitting water in one of the side doors, the seats were wet, didn't clean the glove box, it doesn't look like the inside was even wiped or cleaned very well, and he was so rough he popped in my AC nozzles.
