I had to reach out to him. New date 3/27 I had to reach out to him again. Final pick up date was 4/6 jeep has been driven by someone else from 245 miles,synthetic hair,dog hair,spray paint in my seats & floors&dashboard. Wrap design was cut up in scraps to go on my jeep,did extra work that I didn't request,new step rail he painted over that w/o communicating. AGREED DESIGN doesn't line up correctly,tuck wrap under fenders,gaps of wrap messing,hinges wrap missing or half done. tail pipe was full of water not knowing why. but I assume they kept my shit to joyride until he was done doing his animation wrap event that he had in MY HOMETOWN. So I come to this conclusion. he will take your money & vehicle but will have you waiting for weeks because he has other vehicles on hold,will blame it on other hired workers for the delay,make an excuse on the delay is due to bad paint on your vehicle not knowing that I just got it out the paint shop getting some work done. Spray painted over my vin info that was attach to my door ,he told me to just order another one lol... wrap is already coming off,wrap is missing. despite reading his reviews BEFORE & AFTER & the time length of the last complaint. I assumed that he would have gotten better at his work & be more patient with customers request. now he has cost me more money to get it done the correct way. so due to lack of consistency, communication, not following customers detail request or allowing the customer to make their on mind up last minute work. I don't recommend this business. may look good online but in person is a totally different story. And don't let him tell you that he can't satisfy everyone because he can. he just chose to rush work for quick money.
